Because the height is really not safe anyone even a child can jump that!!!also can see whatever is happening at the home compound, so If you're doing it for SECURITY and PRIVACY am hopping they are still gona raise it up right!! Because that's way too short.

Very attractive design for that wall! To build that in the UK would be 10 times that price. No joking. Just labour alone is £30 per hour for one man (about $US 38). The architect would cost £10,000. Only a millionaire could afford a house, wall and compound like that. Very beautiful
