0:17, that is the early version, it was used on a few movies from 1994-1995 and currently used on the NLHV and NLHE logos.

0:00 is the finalised fanfare that debuted on Now and Then (1995) and 0:17 is the early version that debuted on Dumb and Dumber (1994) so it isn’t really alternate.
