I wonder why lego don't release at least a few sets with this level of details..i mean lego technic exists and they are even more complicate as desing and building level...

As a firefighter I'd love to see the ladder truck extend much further. Overall pretty awesome stuff!

Thank you! It actually has three sections usually / on the instructions, but our bricklink order for the last section was delayed and didn’t arrive in time for the video unfortunately

They look far to epic I could not have ever designed such a masterpieces on my own.

Glad you liked it! As we release new builds, we're trying to focus on cheaper parts, when possible, as long as it doesn't impact the overall design!

For the sadder truck it would be cool to see outriggers

Love that they are built in minifigure scale.

These look so realistic!

Thanks! And yes, for the most part…. All talking head shots are no longer filmed in the kitchen, but we had issues filming closeup / product shots in the garage. The new table we’re going to use is back ordered due to the port delay, so for now, back to the kitchen counter for closeup shots 😐

Great designs, reminds me of some the 90's Lego in terms of detailedness. Only recommendation I'd have is to go with other wheels - it's just a weird trend Lego also applies that wheels tend to extend way too much to the outside. Looks cartoonish this way. Or maybe same wheels but with 8 studs in width.

These are awesome! Also the ladder truck ladder lift system is also used in a LEGO city set on the fire truck from the fire station. Also are you planning on adding sigfigs of other youtubers to you city?

Thank you! And yes, in the video what we meant was that the lift system specific to fitting it on the back/ under the ladder was tricky at first and took a few iterations, I know LEGO did something similar before which was inspiration for us!

Correct, there wasn’t a way to incorporate them into this build without taking up too much space in the design (though still very stable). That said, we have a special edition coming out soon which has them!

is there a chife car like the explore

I bought the parts for both cost was $150 +\-. Only part the stinks and pisses my 4yo off is his fireman minifigs don’t fit in the cab with the roof on. I’m going to modify it to be slightly taller to allow figs to fit.

It’s a common question we get, and really tough to answer because it depends on which bricklink store(s) you use, shipping costs to you, taxes in your area, if you buy new or used, what parts you already have, etc. For us, the Ladder Truck cost about $85 to build, and the Heavy Rescue cost about $70 to build. You could definitely cut that cost down if you bought used parts, but it’s much more detailed than a typical LEGO set such as 60282 which costs $60 for a ladder truck. Hope that helps!
