Realize el mismo circuito, pero al momento de conectar la alimentación 12v no encendieron, realice un par de pruebas y termine realizando un puente entre el positivo de alimentación y el positivo del ultimo capacitor y encendio bien, conecte algo mal?

The 1st showed resistors are 560 ohm, the 2nd showed are the 47kohm.

Yes, change 560 to 220 ohm. But LEDs may be a bit dim
