Le Parfum has been the best flanker in recent years. Instant classic and sig scent worthy for fall and winter Picked up a slightly used 125ml bottle of Terrible today for 50 Canadian, razor blade and all! 😆 Gonna have to pick up Elixir as sweet ambery tobacco scents are my bag The gold bottle is sick too!

I wouldn't call it a tobacco fragrance..it's hardly detectable in the far dry down

I blind bought it, and I am just in love. The only thing that saddens me is that I will not be able to apply it in the summer heat. But that is why there are three other seasons! :D Thank you for the review! As always great work! The British accent certainly makes it more enjoyable, "pleasing to the ear", for sure!

Considering my Le Male Le Parfum is nearly empty it may be time to blind buy this golden bottled greatness. The tobacco note has been missing from my life and im excited for this one. Nice review. Do you smell and woods in it? I dont see it listed in notes and that was one big plus of the Le Parfums dry-down.

Man this stuff is so freaking good. Smells amazing. In my opinion this knock some niche out of the park.

@@6yardbox219 I do mate, I find it works well with every season. It's not so sweet that it's cloying, the cardamom really projects in the heat and likewise in the winter the vanilla and spices project

Nice work here. Should try Red Tobacco by Mancera. REALLY nice‼️❣️ Would think it's only for fall and winter but nooo. The genius beauty is in the dry down. FYI: Spray at least 1 to 1.5 hours BEFORE any social contact. Just a thought or suggestion. 10-12+hours, longer if clothing is spritzed as well.

I love this one, even more than Le Male Le Parfum and the original Le Male, which is still a masterpiece. It lasts long on my skin, I keep getting wafts of this many hours later.

Got my bottle through the post with a sample from JPG site. First impressions it comes across as a sweeter dense version of Le Parfum. Almost gives a caramel type sweetness off my skin, the heart of le Male is still present.Will give it more time with the sample before deciding whether i'll keep the full bottle. Not sure if there is enough difference to warrant owning both atm this just feels more dense.. not sure if thats a good things yet

I Believe Lanvin tried this over 10 years ago (Minus the mint) it was Called Avant Garde (Now discontinued) they used a beeswax note and more spice. Notes: notes are Pepper, Pink Pepper, Juniper and Bergamot; middle notes are Beeswax, Lavender, Cardamom and Nutmeg; base notes are Tobacco, Benzoin, Amber and Vetiver

i just received a sample of this with my dumb purchase of Le Beau again BUT i like the Elixir sweet at first but get a lot better after a while i only sprayed 1 little spray and now still in the air 20 minutes in with an open door

I never liked Le Male, not saying its bad, just not for me, but I will get this one, the bottle is amazing, and I like what you said about how it smells, thank you Chris!!!

@@viggenone no worries. It’s like a mature version on Ultra Male. I found that one way too sweet, the dry down was good but the opening was too much for me. I don’t own any JPGs but if I did it would be the LM Le Parfum

To me it’s smells like popcorn 🍿 which is crazy but it doesn’t have anything similar to popcorn inside, maybe because of the tabaco or honey but i get a smell of fresh and hot popcorn ❤️‍🔥
