Very nice presentation!. I went to the shop today with my friend before watching this video.... There were only 2 models available in the showroom but the elderly gentleman who was the sales person, was very polite. People should learn from him. Just few minutes later visited the Justbuy cycle shop in Velachery and the customer care was in stark contrast .. horrific. they were literally driving us away with their uninterested behavior ....
