I love Juvias place and this will be my next palette. It’s one of the few brands that my oily eyelids don’t eat up, hardly any fall out, and easy to work with. I don’t know if it’s my eyes or the way I apply makeup but I do better with drugstore than expensive makeup.

JP shadows can be patchy. I'm sure there's a way to work them, because sometimes I have issues, but most of the time I don't. Just haven't paid attention to what I do differently each time. The looks turned out gorgeous though. Love the more orange side.

That's a beautiful palette. But, I have warm undertones and not sure how many of those shades I could use. I have to research some more.

I don’t care for Juvia’s place , the palettes I tried were horrible, won’t blend or blends away, I decluttered all of them after I tried numerous times , but I’m glad they work for u

I agree. The first Culture palette felt like it was somewhat cohesive as a mega palette, but this iteration just looks like a hodgepodge. I love the original Culture, especially since I can create a neutral look with it if I want to, so it’s handy as a one-and-done. But C2 looks like you’d need to bring in other palettes to complete a look and that’s kinda unacceptable for such a huge palette.

I really don't get the hype with Juvia's Place. All the palettes I've tired from this brand are the same to me.....not easy to blend and there is a lot of fall out. I also don't care for the all glow look. Sorry....but I do like both eye looks you came up with.

I think they were one of the first black owned brands that had really fun interesting color stories imo. Over the years I’m thinking they’ve made some changes. Not always for the best 😄

I have bought so many of the JP eyeshadow palettes and have decluttered almost all of them, I just never enjoyed using them, and I believe they were just overhyped. JP has beautiful colorstories, but I am just not purchasing from the brand, besides the lipsticks. This is too large anyway and I dislike such jumbled shades.

Not keen on the colourstory. Very random selection of shades. Wont be buying it. Ill stick to the first culture palette
