She definitely doesn't look like an average 50 year old. Would be weird if she did with the facelift she had and all the money she throws into her looks. She definitely looks younger than the Golden Girls did at her age. I've seen her unmade up and in Photoshopped and she look like a lot of 32 year olds look.

The packaging makes me think of it being like a pampering gift set that you get for Christmas from someone who doesn't know you very well and had no idea what to get you but just thought "eh she likes skincare right?" Big sanctuary spa body lotion vibes

I once did a ton of research into how celebrities age so well and it basically came down to this: it’s not any one thing that they do it’s that they are constantly doing a bunch of things that help along the way, like what someone does for a spa day once a year might be once a week for a celeb. This explanation makes sense to me, along with having access to serious doctors that specialize in undetectable treatments/fillers etc.

I came to say the same thing. I love Jlo and I think she has beautiful skin and a rockin’ body, super talented, a hard worker, etc...but these aren’t the products she’s been using all these years. She has a team of people making sure she looks fantastic and has had a few nips and tucks for sure. All that to say, I won’t be purchasing her line. The names of them are cringe-y and a bit juvenile.

She denied having ever had any fillers or anything, which was a disappointment. She has such a huge clout, she should use it to normalise people doing whatever they want to their faces instead of trying to make us believe she looks that way all due to genetics and not drinking coffee... ohh, of course, and her skincare line. Ugh. Also, the only definition of “clean” beauty acceptable should be sustainable and ethically sourced and produced. It seems that packaging shows no concern about recycling, the environment and sustainability... I hate being a Negative Nancy towards JLo, who is an icon and skin goals... but I had high expectations for her and the brand’s approach was all wrong for me... It seems like the ingredients in the serum are pretty good, though. Highly doubt they’re worth the price ;) Great shoutout to SPF! That is a PSA ;)

When I seen that hustlers movie and other pics, I realised her skin isn't all the different frok the rest of us. I think she looks in her early 40s. She looks amazing, but I don't think her skin has anything extra going on. Just good genetics and she takes care of herself. And she's got more money than she knows what to do with.

All major celebrities go to the dermatologist to get laser treatments and so forth. Those do WONDERS for your skin. I know people that get it every 3-6 months and most dermatologists recommend it if you can afford it. There's so much skincare technology that "normal" people havent heard of or do because it's quite costly. She has crazy beautiful skin and anti aging stuff going on but its all $$$

Here’s a review- it’s EXACTLY like Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Flawless Filter, only with better packaging and less shades. It’s literally the EXACT SAME PRODUCT only packaged better. If you want an in depth review, check out Hannah Louise Poston’s channel. She compared Auric to the Flawless Filter and Flawless Filter to Chanel’s Les Beiges illuminator. She did WORK.

As far as I know, Kathleen rarely ever leaves her home, so it would be VERY difficult for her to do that style of video from TJMaxx or Marshall's. I don't know if I've ever seen her even do a haul from either of those stores.

The packaging shows J.Lo's age. This looks like something my mom used in the 80s. Honestly, the color is nice but the packaging to me is horrible and extremely bulky.

Is anyone else incredibly skeptical of Celebrity skincare? Unless they are bottling their dermatologist I just won't be running out to get them when they release. I am sure there are good ones but ill wait a good one year after release so I have enough reviews.

Her packaging is there to remind us that she is still just Jenny from the block... the Rite-Aid right up the block! I kid, and I love J Lo, but I’m not buying into this line. With a lifetime of hours of dance on the daily, healthy lifestyle and great plastic surgeons, I’ve just accepted that serums and creams aren’t going to have me looking like J Lo.

I’ve been using for a month and absolutely love this whole skin care system and I get complements all the time!

If anyone needs a drugstore sunscreen recommendation, I love the Olay one! The whole line is great, but the SPF fees nice and I don’t have any issues under makeup. So important to wear daily!

It could just be that you’re more sensitive to light in general, especially if it’s longstanding, but try some dry eye drops to ensure that’s not a contributing factor. Especially as your work involves a lot of screen use, this could definitely be making your symptoms worse. 🤞 that helps 💕

I have green eyes and i have trouble with light sensitivity also.... it’s so bad when it’s snowed and everything is reflective.

I have super light blue eyes and yeah I have huge issues with light as well. I have to keep the blinds at work closed all the time otherwise the sun reflects off the white building next door and it would kill my eyes and I go home with a headache.

I've known people with light eyes have that issue, or it hurts their eyes.

I tried her tightening serum and then mixed the moisture riser with the warm glow serum at Sephora and OMG. My dehydrated skin was so moist for hours later until I washed t off fr bed. I even face timed my daughter and she asked what filter I was using. I spent hundreds on medical grade skincare and this Jlo by far did the work

I think your eyes might have to do with the fact you stay in your house a lot more these days. You’ve mentioned before you stay inside more now due to COVID. So for me its the open container which allows contamination and air into the product because even if it wasn't a tub like container I would still use my fingers to apply. I'm also kinda weird about somethings because I'm a lab scientist/microbiologist but those are my reasons. Usually with a squeeze tube like container its a one way out mechanism.

So much love!!! But I'm absolutely dying watching you apply the mask. The mom in me just wants to adjust it. Something so small, but made me belly laugh. Thank you, I really needed that. 💛💛

I agree with Kathleen, the serum and moisturizer does give a nice glow to the face. I actually really liked it and was able to see a difference the next morning. The packaging doesn’t really bother me but maybe is because I don’t display my skincare. If the moisturizer was in a bottle with a pump now that would be very helpful. Regardless of me enjoying the products I can’t keep on justifying the price.
