JessEm's new router motor has super tight tolerance. Actually, no toleralance as each collet is ground spot on. Bam! Serious bearings too. Quite, the new air intakes keep the motor cool and creates a vortex pushing chips away from spindle. Well done JessEm. I am Em-pressed.
