This has nothing to do with system hardware or your fan, probably you have messed up with bios boot order, so go there set as default or put your hdd/ssd at first boot order.

Why are you rebooting like this ? Don't do reboot if you Jailbroken . Otherwise you need to Rejailbreak. Maybe you are new to jailbreak but let me tell me Palera1n is tethered Jailbreak.
