I hate when they change things that have been the same thing for like 15 years. Silencer doing pure damage was one of his characteristics. They also got rid of Bloodseeker's pure damage. I guess they don't like it at all... @@BFG-hv2ml

Effective on An Orge

As cool as these are I think reworked bloodthorn is OP, 100% chance(on casting) for 60magic per attack for duration. Phantom Lancer, broodmother, Chen, and Clinkz basically double in dmg without the 60% bonus dmg at the end of silence.

When used by Puck, Parasma has the same problem as the old Revenant's Brooch, i.e. Puck's ultimate (with agh scepter) + witch blade = poisoning all targets catched in dream coil. But the old Revenant's Brooch and Parasma only poisoning one of the targets.

so first item damage is based of what type of damage the spell is hero with high burst damag would be good with (pa, morph)

Crit Phylactery is a beast on dazzle

You should have done Sven used the first item and then buy 5 rapier and see heroes die in 1 storm hammer that damages 3.5k

Pretty sure that was the plan, the item was being used in a way they didn't like as a kind of hyper DPS time lategame since the old one converted attacks to damage which ignore high armor and such, so I think it's to make it more like what the original intent was which is to give right-click dmg to high int heroes like Storm and Silencer

In HON, Harkon's Blade is like Brooch but its a toggle is also a late game item that converts damage into magic with -25% magic resistance in exchange to 50 mana per hit. Its a much more OP item and cheaper. They should not remove options in game. Brooch is countered by Bloodthorn and Brooch is only 5 hits.

@@Doflaminguard broch is now pretty much that item you are talking about, toggle, makes stacks magic for 75 mana per atack, go through ethereal, and reduce magic resistance.

Ahh yes, they added Phylactery one major patch ago and it has upgrade item now, however blade mail doesn't

@@steelaxe_steel cos the new one doesnt allow have that brooch active where it turns your attack to magic damage allowing you to hit ethereal units like ghost scepter or muerta ulti. Not to mention the 5 attacks charge in brooch active all provide true strike. This new one is basically witchblade upgrade literally.

brooch now provides straight damage and spell lifesteal, and change the active to toggle. I think it will be a staple item on ranged carties

First item looks extremely strong on Omni and second is for OD. I think i'll try both items on OD. Lets see how that works out 😅

@@sbrensbeve7408 it is not... Deso is -7 armor, and armor calculation is non linear. So going from 7 to 0 armor is like 40% damage or something. And you get deso out much faster than this pos

Old upgrade for Aether Lens into Octarine Core was garbage. But the new upgrade for Aether Lens into Ethereal Blade is really good.

Guys, this item is broken. I did the same build on spirit breaker to kill everyone with the first skill. But sometimes Khanda didn't work and didn't do any damage at all. WTF

They combine phylactery and crystalys for carry but not phylactery and aether lens for supports :) Bring justice for supports! 😭

No use to Earthshaker as it only works with unit target spell and Shaker's skills are all AoE which don't need targets.

I don't think a lot of you understand how Revenant's Brooch worked, so an explanation is in order. Revenant's Brooch, when used, changed the properties of your next 5 basic attacks on non-building units. - The attacks' damage type changed to Magic. - The attacks had True Strike. - The attacks pierced Ghost form. - The attacks did not cleave but fully utilized damage and attack modifiers, such as critical strikes and Chain Lightning. I'm sure you only saw a random Storm Spirit or Silencer making Revenant's Brooch in lower skill brackets, but in Divine and Immortal, it was the perfect item for Sven, LC or PA to make vs strong hard carries like Terrorblade, Naga, Slark, Luna, Morphling, etc. You can kill a level 30 TB in less than 5 hits as long as you had a Brooch and Daedalus on Sven. Now let's look at this useless new item Phallusma: - It retains the passive ability of the Witch Blade, which is obvious since it's one of its components. - It reduces the magic resistance of the unit being attacked by 20% for 4 secs. "Okay, let's give this piece of shit a little more Armor and Attack Speed. Now, let's price this glorified Grove Bow at 5.5k and see which idiot actually buys it lmao."

garbage useless new items (besides morp no one will buy crits and PA). bm and heart too op, grow bow still tier 2 for some reason, acrane boots dead, vladimir ultra dead, no one will buy rapier, magic res items useless. Bloodstone kinda fun tho.
