Well, the last thing you want is a bunch of inmates chasing down a guard and then grabbing his gun to use it against other officers, so guards are armed with less lethal and melee weapons instead.

The tray u can get by calling a player to be a worker at the coffee shop or the three guys and give u a tray of any food and u have the tray there u have it a tray

Why there are no action in your videos, Absolutely everything that happens, is nothing bad.... YOu tell them to get back and they comply, all the times, If this was to be realistic there should be fights, and they trying to hit the officers.
