Vedant Shetty well poverty is below 3 percent. It’s a lot compared to others because 3 percent is like 50 mil, but compared to 2000s, it’s much better and improved. Remember, it’s not most of the population it’s only 3 percent.

Patwari Yadav first off, according to what you just said, those 27 crores were in poverty in 2011. But anyways, I got those stats from the world poverty index. It said the poverty was less than 3 percent but in accordance to the world, it was like 10% of the poverty (don’t remember exact numbers, but you get the point) and I also read somewhere that in 2014 when modi came the poverty was 20 crores and in 2019 it was 3 crores

Because they dont want to change they dont want to pay taxes as we do ! They want to just live there forever ! In Delhi ,people in slums have cars, ACs, Android tvs, iphones etc. And some of them have properties valueing in crores in Unauthorised colonies.

And send the slums people to their hometowns. 🤗 Because they dont want to change themselves.They just want to live in that shit place ! Nobody wants to live in that place so why are they living ? Because bcoz they are getting facilities like bpl card , lower ration and free of any taxes etc.

Canada and US combined don't equal to India's population.... A country so vast will obviously have an extreme difference between poor and rich....

India is a huge country (7th in land size and 2nd headed towards the title of the most populous country in the world), in fact, it is large enough to have earned the title of the sub-continent. To the north the Himalayas provide snow covered mountains. To the east and west are the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian sea while to the south there is the Indian ocean. India has white sandy beaches and golden sanded deserts. There are Alpine valleys and huge flat plains. There are rain forests and jungles and marshes and scrub-lands and salt flats and rivers after rivers after rivers. There are big lakes and islands of every size. And temperatures range from sub-freezing to places with record setting heat. Humidity in much of the country will match anywhere else in the world and raise you monsoon rains that cause floods every year. 2/3 of Indians are still employed in Agriculture, so there are lots of villages and towns and smaller cities. India's 5th largest city has more people than the most populous American city. One of the oldest universities in the world is being rebuilt nearby the ruins of the ancient one. There are enough quality modern universities that India is in effect exporting engineers, MBAs, physicians, and scientist. Meanwhile farmers by the thousands are committing suicide by the thousands because they owe money to those who sell them seeds (every year because the crops won't produce viable seed stock) that won't grow without proprietary fertilizer or twice the water the heritage seeds needed and a single drought or missed monsoon rains can ruin farmers. And there are farmers bringing back the old ways that are allowing several crops sharing the same space while feeding and enriching the soil and keeping the moisture trapped. There is a cave with cave paintings dating back 30,000 years in the middle of the country that shows images of people hunting and line dancing. There are ruins of brick built cities with gridded streets and flowing water and sewers to each home dating back about 5,000 years. And a current sewage problem that is seeing major advances, yet with a long way to go. There are the words of an Indian emperor carved into rock pillars and huge stones that show him to be the first king to build animal hospitals, build reserves where hunting was banned, and cut back in a huge way how much meat was consumed in his castle. He built roads with rest stops with wells, fruit trees, and medicinal plants.

North and West India is not that humid and the temperature difference can vary from 50 to 0 degree Celsius, while southern and eastern part of India is pretty humid and temperature variations is not that extreme. But India has all kind of climate Frome tropical, sub tropical, hot and humid to hot and dry, cold and dry. While some places received heavy rains in other places there is scarcity of water.

My india is versatile from kashmere to Kenya kumaree nd gujarati to nagaland ,here u got every thing in all over the world ,

Well, we have a lot in India. It's like a little world. If u go to northeast side u will get to see forest and a lot of greenery, and also in south too. We have mountain ranges in Jammu and Kashmir ( heaven of India) and satpura mountains in madhya Pradesh which is nearly in middle of India. Then we have desert in West. We have volcanoes active and dead both in Andaman and nicobar island. We have amazing beaches like one in Goa. We have hot temperature which is 50°c in Rajasthan and coldest that is -23°c in ladakh. We have highest rainfall in Mehghalaya which is in northeast. And then we also have the rich man Ambani having a skycraper worth $2.2 billion. And a lot of rich people like SRK . When it comes to richest countries we stand on number 7th but also we have biggest slum known as dharavi. India is also called as "Pharmacy to the world" and there's a lot more.
