Gujerat's growth as a engine driving India's manufacturing was accelerated by Modi as c.m . States like Punjab , Bihar must learn to get govt that can improve education , & attract investment, PPL outside India are looking @ India as the new power hub to drive innovation & development. Microchips is a difficult sector because India currently has to import the skills from outside , & the margins are low/ thin & investment is high but it's a critical power source that can buckle a country, look @ china - it's hostile attitude to USA causes microchip bans that impacts the rest of us. India as a u.s ally can now use access to all of u.s allies that are tech giants to gain the knowledge to drive the sector & Indians must invest in the youth , in education that is relevant & enables youth to enter these new tech sectors without needing re skilling.
