I feel the skincare section was kind of odd, the aestheticans spoke as if getting invasive treatment is something you SHOULD do when hitting a certain age. Must say it's kind of sad Sheerluxe promote that kind of things.There is this other thing, namely take care of yourself, eat food that is good for you, take good care of yr skin, exercise and so on, and age gracefully, you don't HAVE to do invasive treatments to feel good about yourself (or to please others or being of value for that matter)

Aging gracefully...is such an odd term. I hate it when people think when I am getting treatments I am not able to age " graceful". That's simple thinking.

@@su5329 You "hate it when people think" when you do treatments, you're not able to age gracefully...Already there, you are thinking too much about what others think of you...on a superficial level, THAT to me, is "simple thinking"..Also, as long as you are content in your own skin (and do not bother too much about what others think or do) I see no problems, you do you. My point was, this segment with the aestheticans, talking about what you SHOULD do, as if it's something everyone does or must do, which is far from the truth, and just another way for them, making more money on people's supposedly insecureties or that aging is something that should be fought at any price.

I so agree with the comments on people say you are “lucky’ when you have a good job, as some one in a senior role I hear that all the time and only you know how hard you work to get there !

Wait until when you find out it's not so much hard work but the mindset that you have that is really creating success. Some people work hard all their lives and never experience success. It's about what you are doing with your MIND. :-)

I have been following Sarah Corbett Winder for a while on instagram. Her Mantra Laugh is very true. I always have a laugh or a smile when she has her children or her doing a reel. Good show lovely panel and host ❤️🇦🇺
