I mean, the seven ahruf are literally named after the most recognized person of a certain recitation. So everytime you read quran, you're probably reciting in the way of hafs 'an asim.

@@Baerock not in the sound, the qiraat actually all came from the prophet, its just these imams in qiraa were famous in that time and was known to read this way (all of them from the prophet pbuh), the sound and way of reciting differs

don't compare to or say imitating Mishary, we should be grateful for having more than one Mishary.

@@magic131 السلام عليكم, we should say ما شاء الله and enough. His voice is beautiful ما شاء الله and so is Mishary bin Rashid's. Their voices are very similar سبحان الله but we should not say he is imitating or just because Mishary is older that he is copying. Allah سبحانه وتعالى gave them both a great voice ما شاء الله and we should say الحمد لله for that.

يارب سامحنا على تقصرينا رجل أمريكي حافظ لكتاب الله والتجويد ورجل لا يفقه باللغة العربية ونحن أهل اللغة العربية ونزل القرآن بالعربية نحفظ آيات قليله يارب سامحنا على التقصير ، اسأل الله ان يبارك في هذا الرجل ويثبته على الطاعه ويرزقنا حفظ كتابه والعمل به

why is everyone comparing their gifted voices? same Allah has bestowed both of them with such heavenly voice. I like recitation done by both of them. each one stands on his own ability. we should not start to compare between them. may Allah bless them both.

fatih's and mishary's recitations are my favorite. Fatih recites a bit differently now since he was only about 17 when he looked like that, and that was about 10 years ago
