I lay in bed after killing my 8 hour arm workout, humming the lyrics of Rich Piana's signature natty theme song while cradling my 5% jug as if it were my child. All of a sudden I hear a loud "SHOOP AHH" originating from downstairs. I immediately jump up with my 5% jug in hand. I call out, "Rich is that you?". I hear no response. I penguin walk down the stairs and into my kitchen where I previously left my real food. I lick my lips, tasting the moistness of 51 50 lingering in the air. Something is wrong. I hear a loud "YEP!" coming from the living room. "Sarah is that you?" I call out. I hear no response. Smelling the raw scent of BP oil coming from upstairs, I penguin walk my way back up the stairs. I begin to search everywhere upstairs, but to my denial I did not find Rich. Just as I began to walk back to room, I hear a loud scream "Order 66 on Rich Piana!". I turn around and encounter the Piss Lord Jason Genova himself, with lightsaber in hand. "Looking for Rich?", he says. I grab my 5% jug and charge into battle. We engage in an intense slap box competition. As Jason overpowers me I begin lose hope and slump onto the ground. Starting to lose consciousness, all of a sudden I hear "Kill that shit!" from behind me. Rich Piana appears with his cookie in hand. "Just a snack" he says, as he hurls it as Jason with years of strength gained from natural vegan body building. Jason then lays unconscious. As I start to recover from the intense slap box battle, Rich screams "SHAKE TIME GODDAMNIT!" as he hands my real food back to me with his glorious natural syntholic arms. I then thank Rich for all of the natural gains he has bestowed on me and the protection he has granted me. Rich penguin walks to his Bentley, and rides off into the nearest Tren and Jerrys. Later that night, I knew I was a true 5%'er.

I wrote 5% on my water jug the other day, then yesterday I did arms. This morning my arm size had increased to 26" overnight. I was confused because I am only eating 37 meals a day, lifting 27 hours a day, sleeping 15 hours per night, and doing arms 8 days a week. This is obviously not enough so when my arms increased so much overnight I was concerned. Has anyone experienced this? Ricardo Pacifico Slapacino Piano do you have any recommendations for me? why do u doubt he gets his gh with a script? its pretty easy. my doc that does all my blood work suggested my dad gets on it and he offered to write him a script if he comes in. shit he'd even write me one but according to my blood tests i have genetically high levels of gh already so i figure why waste the money and just take advantage of what my bodies got why'll its still got it. plus im pretty satisfied with my gains so far on just standard vitamins lol and maybe some insulin. for my diabetes of course *cough *cough
