Problem is Duty/Tax; 5-5.50 lakhs samjh aata hai. 7 lakh toh too much. 1 USP of this bike is engine, of course Honda is number 1 for a reason. If road allows 130-135kmph par cruising kar sakta hai banda for hours. Motorcycles mein Honda ka engine = Cars mein Toyota ka engine. Mere pass 2016 CB500X thi, yeh toh 2024 NX500 hai, smooth & comfortable. Only 1 request, please promote safe riding as well. Stay safe and keep riding.
Its CBU bike , imported from thailand thatswhy price is high with taxes
NX500 will make sense if it is priced at 5-5.15 lakhs on road

Compare it to himalayan which is 3.3 lakhs on road then you will realize the there is no drastic difference in power to pay double money ...oversmart comment doesn't make any sense..😂😂@@chiragsthakur1022

The price difference between the RE450 and the Honda in the UK is less than 1 lakh (£800)

It's due the higher taxation on parallel twin CBU unit,
I booked my Himalayan. But if the NX500 was locally made and was selling for 5-6L onroad then no doubt, Honda NX500. But Honda won't do that. They are too busy making Activas for aunties.

Honda knew Indian market and people in India alwys search for VFM these bikes wont sell a lot indian people dont need these bikes they need activas Honda knows business😂

Honda ko India mein manufacture karni chahiye 500cc tak bikes ko Pricing n after sales service n support VFM hoti Thailand se import hoti h Kyu na India mein manufacture kar aur countries export kare Honda

The Himalayan is 95% the bike NX500 is for 50% the price
You can't compare the two bikes. The price of nx 500 is well justified. It's miles better and reliable than the new Himalayan.

Video quality has gone down and the issue has not resolved really. You better don't worry too much about console flickering issue and revert to the same frame referesh rate.

Bhai aap compare kaisey kartey hai sirf re , re kya hai kuch nahi in front of all 4 Japanese bike brand sirf sasta hai issliye accha hai , activa itna sasta hai pur butter smooth engine, re can't imagine in dream to make butter smooth engine. Indian biased kartey hai hur jagah
But as a Himalayan owner, where's the direct comparison. We were looking for a blunt head-to-head comparo. What a waste of time...
