Cars like Honda City and Civic, Maruti Suzuki Esteem and the Mitsubishi Lancer are the ones that made me fall in love with cars and driving.

I have the Honda City 2002 model still drives awesome build and drive quality is more superior than today's " latest technology " cars.

That type 2 just looks so much better

Old Honda cars are amazing. Accord,CRV and city they are reliable and got great potential. Very refined and great drive

You guys are at another level. I can say that you have become not only the leading auto-review channel, but also a super-cool one. Something which I associated with PD earlier, but seems they have now lost that mantle. Great video as usual. Still requesting a small recall of the amazing Lancer and Lancer SFX (probably India's first sporty car (if not sportscar).

i own Honda City GXI 2004 model and still its going strong...the body is super strong and much better in comparison with new HOnda city

To be honest, I had driven Honda City Type 2 1.3litre, the arrow shot designed models were so good. So comfy and smooth. Sadly, I really wanted to drive Type 2 City VTEC and rest of the models with manual transmission. Those cars I’d driven were automatic. One thing if we have Honda City, we’ll become a king.

I miss old Honda city,Accord and civic. They are my childhood

I love my new Honda city v cvt petrol 5th generation . Drives as smooth as silk. During my recent trip to Mahableshwar from Mumbai , I was able to notch 17.05 kms per litre, ( acid test) driving under various terrains and roads and with 4 passengers, luggage and ac on during the entire trip...The engine is a Jewel in the crown, extremely silent even when idling... To sum up for this Jewel, with an apt phrase. " The Youth ( other brand) can walk Faster , but the Elder ( Honda city) knows the Road ".

I have the facelifted 4th gen. Manual, vtec, but honestly Honda is losing interest from indian market. That was the best looking honda city IMO. No new models, no SUV in 20ish segment cuz that is becoming a hot segment. They cant bring their turbo vtec but still, bring something for those owners who want to upgrade from their Honda City to bigger car. It will be a sad day to see Honda too leaving India.

Honda didn't help Verstappen to win the Championship. Masi did. Lol!

I just have to say one thing, yes the i-vtec motor is extremely revv-happy but it is no longer the segment-benchmark. The 1L TSI (Rapid + Vento) has already beaten it, the 1.5L TSI Slavia will take that new benchmark even further than the i-vtec.

@@Joseph-fb2bg weight of city, rapid and vento are almost same, city is bigger in dimension hence lesser density. when you test drive city and vento/rapid back to back, you will feel how shiity city is both in terms of build quality and engine punchiness, rapid/ vento gives a joy to drive. City was good few years ago, not now. Slavia with 1.5 tsi will smoke city for sure.

The 1.2 was only good in the Brio. Peppy & fun. It’d be unfair to base a judgment on the tried & tested 1.5 off of the 1.2

Don't bring Honda's name in that F1 finale. That was a controversial race properly messed up by Masi. Ask Honda to show their leadership position in India without any controversy. We are all strongly hoping that Honda will follow Ford way in India.
