As 2023 comes to a close you may hear that we had a record LOW number of sales, the smallest amount since 1993. That’s true and it was due to the highest interest rates and lowest inventory we have seen in decades. A true double whammy. I expect though that 2024 will be much busier due to rates falling and a large influx of new homes from a source that has always been key in Santa Clarita….WATCH!
