@@whatsupwthat all the paint are Sherwin Williams colors but I don’t know which ones.

The shades of blue are beautiful and so soothing and relaxing!! The only things I disapprove are are the long narrow hall leading in and the ovens being right beside the fridge otherwise a nice home

Absolutely beautiful l love it

I like everything else, but just one designs area that I don’t like. The entrance leaning to the living room and kitchen. That entrance hall is a bit too close feeling. It would be better if it opens up more.

I agree with you, first sight I see I don't like the entrance and the kitchen.

Just my opinion: I prefer the kitchen to have natural light directly on it. I love the kitchen to be surrounded by large windows so you can see the garden while chopping or doing dishes. Otherwise, it’s a gorgeous house.

I still like the kitchen as a separate room. It can get noisy and messy when you're cooking. The decor looks cold to me.

Don't like open floor plan guess I like the older days of rooms being with walls don't like kitchen in close to my living room furniture .Feel like stove and refrigerator right there beside me on the sofa my opinion for me maybe walls will come back in design in the future in new construction .

Very beautiful! But I would like to have seen the whole house. Right at the entrance there is a room on the left that was not shown, I deduced that it was a mudroom, with a passage to the garage. I also missed a toilet.

To the left was just a big area that is the garage but is being used as the sales office to sell homes like this one on the lots in the master planned community. It’s not part of the home. There was no mud room or toilet in that area that goes with this house.

All the music is from a subscription service called epidemic sound. The artist I like to use the most is Peter Sandberg who is from Sweden.

The curtains are custom. They just take fabric and make curtains out of it. The rugs I will look for.

Gorgeou's home.....in and out. One exception- the hallway going in to the livingroom and kitchen is too narrow.

It’s a beautiful home, and the decorations, especially the living area, is gorgeous. But the pantry looks to not be very large, like it’s that common corner shaped pantry. It seems a house this large would have a larger pantry space, and it may be larger than I’m thinking. Also, I think bedrooms two and three should be at least a little larger.

This may sound strange but I don’t like the hallway. It’s too narrow. Ours is 6 feet wide and it makes a huge difference in the open feeling. This feels like a long rectangle.

The long hall right at the beginning in this house was about 10 feet wide. It’s very hard to convey the size on camera.

Good video,,but lacks how the quality of the home itself is, Front door and hallways need to be wider, for an added touch rip down the old rotten fence in the backyard and put up new. It's an image thing. It's a nice home, but if you need to use a wheelchair it's not practical.

Der Eingangsbereich ist die Visitenkarte,der erste Eindruck vom Haus,und Besitzer. Zu kleiner ,beengender Foyer und schmale ,tunnelartige Gänge finde ich sehr bedrückend,beengend,macht bei mir einen sehr schlechten Eindruck….Für mich ist es nicht einladend ,nichts für die Welt würde ich gerne da wohnen… Ich habe schon schönere Häuser gesehen, aber das ist nur meine Meinung….Geschmäcke sind nun mal sehr verschieden.

Just the right size for me.

Stop putting the sink or cook top in the island where people sit, if you have small children that's a disaster. The sink area is always wet, to me it's dirtier than your toilet bowl, so many different bacteria there.

I agree. I’d be slopping up the floor on the other side with all the wet dishes sitting on the countertop either after washing or waiting to be put in the dishwasher.
