Max you did a great job showing the 5 bedroom home. It would be nice if someone would remove the dead leaves out of the garage. I understand why there is no washer, dryer and fridge in the house. Crooks break in and steal them. It is a beautiful home and you did an excellent job showing it to viewers.

Thank for your feedback ! Appliances vary in new construction and resale homes. Very few new homes have all of the appliances included however, this is something that of course could easily be negotiated. I think it has more to do with seller preferences than security concerns, in most cases. Homes locally are generally sold with a "broom clean" clause. If you buy one with me, I guarantee the garage will be leaf free :-)

Hi Max, love the second home and one thing you need to share with viewers is that just because a house lacks in fridge, washer and dryer as well as furniture, it's a way to add your own touches. If a home is prepped for the aforementioned appliances note that the builder won't give them away, it's not all beauty and staged when it comes to furniture or in other words personal property being attached to homes for FREE. Nothing is free, there is a price y'all have got to pay. Please reply and happy Thanksgiving.

This! This second home is simply amazing! Absolutely gorgeous. I'm not knowledgeable about wells and septic, so possibly I might be unnecessarily concerned about having a well and septic system in the same area of the yard. But I love the room layout and design, and the finishes are top notch. This property is a huge value! :)

There are building code / health code requirements as well as water quality tests. Local officials and contractors have many decades of experience with these systems. Thanks for your feedback.

I absolutely LOVE being on a well / septic system. The only drawback was my well water was leaving a brown stain around the toilets and a faint egg smell, but that was corrected by an engineer. I LOVE never having a bill for water use outside of the electric bill that heats the water. Septic ---- no problem as the landscape "hides" it from everyday view.

All right now, so this one first off it's not as close to the main road as I thought it appeared to be from my limited view from your first video, so that's good, and to me it seems more cozier and the layout is better. Although the rooms are big and spacey the first one was spacey also however, I honestly feel like I was getting lost as you were going through the rooms of the back property, nothing on your stellar touring skills 😉😇, but not in this one, so I would definitely pick this one. Plus it's $30,000 less, less yard upkeep, still nice privacy, and the layout and spacing is better; 🥇 😄. I'm happy for whoever is blessed with it. I'm enjoying my downtime with your videos now on to your next 3 current videos, then I am all caught up; unless of course you sneak another one in right now you are a hard and smart worker.🧡🍁🍂🍃🌻🌞👍🏽

I like the layout of this home better. The master bedroom on the 1st floor I really like.

Blessings Max, hands down this one is more beautiful than the previous home. And you are correct in saying that this home is better suited for adults in a living situation. All the bedrooms are huge. Good work Max.

I love the kitchen cabinet colors. The combination of gray and white is lovely…. I don’t like that washer/dryer being very close to the primary bedroom for privacy reasons. Also, i personally think builders should consider visitors room when building especially in a house with or more than 4bedrooms. Either the primary bedroom is downstairs with another room that a buyer can use as visitors room , OR all the rooms are on the same floor and buyer can decide which to be visitors room. I wouldn’t want my visitors sleeping in the same floor alone with my kids. I love that the bedrooms upstairs has walk in closets but dislike that the primary bedroom is kinda at the back of the house. How will I know when my kids sneak out 😂 since the staircase is right in front of the door. I will choose the first one if I have to but I definitely won’t splash $800k in any of them because at that amount, I expect luxury! I should be able to soak myself in primary bathroom tub every Friday night. Lastly, builders should know that primary bedroom walk in closets should match a house selling price. A buyer that can afford this property will definitely have a lot of clothing items and I don’t see space for those shoes or designer bags. Most buyers convert a room to walk in closet but that will be hard to achieve in this house since primary bedroom is downstairs.. 🥂

I loved them both but I love the design and layout of this house better. I love the way the front porch is designed and the stairs! I just visioned how it would look at Christmas 😁!

Prefer the layout of this one more. I like the kitchen cabinets on the other house as I’m not a fan of the two tone cabinet look. Also like the lot on that one more. I’d still buy this one and learn to live with the kitchen and the smaller backyard

Nice house but no tub.

This one is just as bad as the first one, $850k and again no tub in the tiny plain master bedroom. I compare these to other homes around VA at the same price point and these are plain for the money.

Wow Houses in this country is a scam. All made with wood that can burn to ashes if something happens. With that $850k I will get 6 of these houses in Africa (made with real bricks and cement). Just saying at loud.
