I guess it's a good thing that I didn't see the actual price while I was in the store because I probably wouldn't have brought it home. It does have a nice look in the kitchen, though, so I might let it stay. 😅

Oh Barbara, I really like that urn/vase and think it would go great in your kitchen as you’re planning to incorporate black. I also love the silver candle sticks and would keep them silver. I love the lamps. I wouldn't change them at all. The design on the lamps are odd which draws the eye to them. Everything you bought from Goodwill was a great buy as well as choice in pick. The Urn may have been a bit costly but beautiful.

Oh yes, you must keep the urn….it’s beautiful! I love those lamps because they are textured and look perfect as is ! I would chose them myself if I happened upon them. It looked so pretty in the various ways you showed it! No, I've never tried that. I guess if they're wood, maybe it won't be a problem, but you'll also have to consider cutting the center rod that's on the inside of the lamp. Happy decorating! 😊

The Goodwill prices you pay are awesome. The French country style vase you paid 9.99 and you thought it was suppose to be 5.99 would be 25.99’at the Goodwills where I live. I would tell you to keep it and enjoy it. Goodwill stores here have very little nice items and very expensive. Your home is beautiful!!

Hi Barbara, I think the distressed silver candle sticks look great and fits your decor but the distressed black never looks good. Distressed black looks junky but if you paint it distressed any other neutral light color it would look lux. You shop like a dream. Great picks! I can't wait to see what you do with your pieces.

Nice haul l. Keep the hyena really like it could be used for holding your kitchen utensils or flowers or a plant. I’m so glad that you said “when did it come popular to copy everyone “ I tell you there’s nothing but a bunch of copy cats out there so tired to look at the same decor and decoration style. Decor should say something about yourself your style.
