A Big THANKYOU to you Suchi coz I , after much contemplation dropped my inhibitions and being inspired by ur love for idlis & chutneys and how often u make them in ur kitchen, tried my hand at making them and guess what , mein toh aevayin dar rahi thee , they came out super spongy and soft !!! Used ur wet spoon wali technique to scoop them out. Really works superp and offcourse the chutneys were super yummy. Used all ur recipies , my dearest friend. First thing I did was to thank you frm my heart, there & then in my kitchen!!! Lovely purchases and lovely conversation. Lots of love .Stay blessed.
