Sorry for your horse mate. Good to see you make massive poured walls. No hollow blocks!!! I am also going to make poured walls outside walls going to be 12 cm and the internal walls 10 cm. I was going to juse steel deck for the flooring but now there is some new stuf on the PH market SPEED DECK . i will say Check that out on you tube. Nice progress

Really good to see how your build is going. We are a little behind you here in Lucban. I have a question for you. Who is the major hardware business you are dealing with? Presently, we heavily use Dapdap. How about you?

Our home builder uses Hotai and Sun and Moon here in Tayabas. We used Sundaze for the garage which we also had good service and discounts from.
Don't use any WOOD products. We have termites and BukBok going through everything in our house. No wood products/plywood in the kitchen near any water source. No wood jams or doors. No wood cabinets in the bath rooms and no wood furniture. Watch out for cheap hoses and cheap sink traps. Use plastic, concrete, composite wood, PVC or anything non rusting and termite/bukbok proof if you can. It is so costly to repair and keep repairing every 6 months.

Thanks for the comment. I'm not planning to have any wood in the house for the most part. If I do, I treat it with Solignum...
