Thank you for showing the level 4 talent scaling. i'd like to see more of that, not a lot, maybe just for the important talents for heroes. The level 30 stuff is weird tho. Maybe keep it at 20? you show the 600 damage, but it's 10 levels past 20. Idk if that's a lot of damage for 30 given the scaling, also since not a lot of people have a "feel" for level 30 scaling.

She seems very interesting, indeed!

I think blizz should rework this "autoreturn to base" thing when you reset the talents in test mode.. this would help a lot when trying skills with different talents. and I agree with the guy below: lvl 30 isn't realistic! great vid though! always watching your videos! keep up the good work!

On a map with split objectives like Towers of Doom, perhaps you could use the armor heroic ability + other talents to solo-tank and stall the enemy team 1v5 for a while, and then bubble hearth when things get hairy...Still seems pretty situational.

So the bubble hearth is one of those talents you never plan for, but might make a clutch play if there seems to be a spot for it. Like let's say your core needs defending, the opponent is stopping your backs right as you hit 20. This is when you snap in bubble hearth. Similar to Auriel or Alarak lvl20 global, you never plan to take it. But it's there for some very rare opportunities.

her 75 armor combo seems op though

I can already see Yrel standing on the Braxis cap circle with the infinite duration armor ult. Just stay there and spam emotes at opponents who come to see if you left yet.

I'm not sure if she does well on solo lane, but if she is at least decent, then Braxis top would certainly be a great spot to pick her. At least vs not Malthael. You can totally still soak the lane and keep the circle, and even if you eventually have to leave, it's only a 40 sec cd. You'll be back holding it in no time. And if you are main tanking, well you main tank normally. But when it's time to hold that point, you probably do it much better than the other tank. Opponents will have a very hard time beating your team on the objective, while your frontline can basically do 40 permanent armor.

sadly her waveclear is kind of trash, and you would get shafted into your towers if your up against anything like Ragnaros blaze sonya even rexxar would shaft her into her towers to avoid not losing a tower or the entire gate

When are we going to get Anduin Wrynn the priest? Could make it a multiclass hero that could go shadow/healer

True, healing happens even without hitting enemies.

New hero is pretty fun but I think she will be nerfed. Instant mount seems broken, her trait healing the lowest target(a bit too strong)

i see nothing wrong with bubble hearth, it's litterally a life saver if your dps/healers die on you and... well yrel doesn't exactly have alot of escape besides a charged up leap, this can also be used to kill someone over a wall and duck out with the hearth

It seems her Avenging Wrath build will be absurdly strong; she will be pretty much a Leapquake Barbarian from Diablo III, hopping like a frog constantly in a way that will make Muradin jelly. Here is how I plan to build this babe: *Level 1 - Light of Khaldor (Q):* Increase Vindication's radius by 15%. Vindication's healing is increased by 20% per enemy Hero hit. *Level 4 - Aegis of Light (E):* Upon landing, Avenging Wrath grants other nearby allied Heroes 25 Armor for 5 seconds. *Level 7 - Holy Avenger (E):* Hitting an enemy Hero with Avenging Wrath at maximum charge reduces its cooldown to 1 second. *Level 10 - Sacred Ground (R2):* Yrel sanctifies the ground around her, gaining 40 Armor until she leaves the area. *Level 13 - Repentance (E):* Increase Avenging Wrath's Slow by 25% and duration by 0.5 seconds. *Level 16 - Divine Favor (D):* Casting a Basic Ability reduces the cooldown of Divine Purpose by 2 seconds. *Level 20 - Hallowed Ground (R2):* Casting Avenging Wrath while inside Sacred Ground moves Sacred Ground to Yrel's location upon landing. I've tested this on the PTR and feels really powerful (and fun), turning her into a very potent Bruiser with ridiculous self-sustain, and perfect for hard-engage / dive compositions. So stuff like Maiev, Sonya and Butcher will be her best friends. Here is how it works: • Holy Avenger (7) + Repetance (13) makes Yrel very hard to peel off. She will be able to inflict a Hero with 75% slow for 1.5 seconds, every 2.5 seconds, as Holy Avenger puts Avenging Wrath on a 1 second cooldown. • Charge Avenging Wrath and leap in the middle of the enemies, then use Sacred Ground, pop Divine Purpose followed by Righteous Hammer and start charging Avenging Wrath again, using Vindication when needed. • Yrel will be able to reset the CD on Divine Purpose really fast thanks to Divine Favor (16), be able to leap on enemies all the time, and all that while boasting from passive 40 armor granted from Sacred Ground, which will have 100% uptime as she hops around thanks to Hallowed Ground (20).

Her talents have great variety of play style. My problem with her is that she is gimped like chen. It hurts too much when you get ccd... and god knows we have shit ton of those in the game. Charge up is too long, and the jump animation takes like a year... making it kinda pointless to use anything other than peel or gank consistently. Power difference of the ulties IS INSANE. 100 sec cd dehaka ulty... simply don't hit her. So its what... to counter pyroblast... while the armor one is just too good. I mean yeah you can just walk away from her but isn't that the point? To hold you ground? She did her job enemy went away and its 40 sec.

Do you think she can solo lane? I know Holy Wrath only provides damage but it felt pretty strong when I tried it

lvl16 waveclear ? might aswell have drafted blaze or ragnaros to not let your sololane keep die if you pick up waveclear talents at 16 its only because you dont want to die to winions, sololane heroes ALWAYS start with good waveclear (Sonya Dehaka Blaze Samuro and so on)

lvl30, shes bad at taking camps... shes bad at waveclear... only good for tankin (bulletsponge) or somewhat dive/killsecure dont use her for anything that does not need a team

I'm confused as to what support she supplies other than her level 4 talents? Like I get the CC with her W and the fact that she won't die, but I don't understand why people are calling her a support tank hybrid? She seems like a good solo laner or a dive tank who can hold off a certain area.

It seems like the synergy between some of her talents can really increase the frequency/output of her level 4 support talents, so maybe it's that.

I think she's better as an off tank given that all she really does is bully the enemy team by existing and constantly slowing. Many other tanks have better CC, so unless you have a team who can make up for her low cc, she's probably best in an offlane or diving with allies. She does have the survivability of a main tank, however.

Her portrait doesn't look at all like she does in wow, don't like it. No stupid hyper mobility char. She looks really fun to play.

Why are you testing this at 30? "600 damage auto attack" No.

You really need to stop using level 30 for stats. Yes, viewers can do the math backwards, but why bother? If you want to talk about lategame, level ~20 is appropriate.

She seems over-tuned, which comes as no surprise. 2700 damage combo?? That's rediculous for an offlane/tank. Oh well, she'll get first banned every game in HL anyway.

What? You're serious? Sonya can deal a shitload of damage, and Leap is much faster than Avenging Wrath. Yrel is more of a Support-esque Tank. I don't think she will take Sonya's place. If anything, they will work absurdly well together in hard-engage comps.

I see her in hard-engage comps too. it's lika mura jumping after (or even before) your greymane or illidan, but with support capabilities instead of stuns (or with stuns, if she gets her W out).

her waveclear is a fuckin joke compared to sonya LUL if you use her as the sololaner get prepared for losing gate and 2 towers by minute 5

Finally Draenei in the Nexus and she seems to be boring as hell - i hope i will have more love for that hero after some playtime

Education is to learn a science not to be aware of a news about a dumb game. And great if there is a new map coming after so long, why does there have to be a new hero again and again? That one hero doesn't improve the overall quality of the game
