I liked the edp just not enough for a full bottle. I can see someone rocking this line as a signature scent. Just pleasant every day all occasion kinda fragrance

I looooove this fragrance. Definitely a green scent and I am enjoying it .

I Love H24, both edt & edp. Something about that Sclarene note I like a lot. I will have to check this flaker out. I think one of the problems is we stick our noses into the scent instead of letting our noses take in the diffusion of the skin into the air.

Haven't smelled any of the H24 line. But I'm amused that people have already nicknamed this one Pear d'Hermes.

I'm super curious about the Stronger With You Tobacco.

Pickle / BO sort of reminds me of Santal 33. Did they go that way with that type of green fragrance?

DG light blue forever I was told had the sweat smell youre talking about. I had to sell it after that, it was all I could smell. The italian love doesnt do that though, still love that one.

I like the the edt. It reminds me of a slightly different version of office for men.. Which is funny because Jeremy Fragrance also likes the edt. The edp I wasn't a fan of. It has a strong note that I could see making it more devisive. I need to try this new green one

H24 EDP si one my favourite scents. I didn’t quite like the EDT . But the EDP is something I enjoy all day around.

i have the h24 edp and i like it a lot. ~i try this one too ,it might be a nice pair with my a&e asian pear shaving soap..^^

i love the sclarene, edt and edp love it, lol. this one with the physcool and pear sounds like a no go to me. lol

Try the new Burberry Hero Parfum when you have the chance. It has an extremely woodsy scent and kind of comes off with some similarities to Dior Fahrenheit, but it is awesome! Easily the best one in the line!

How Ash describes it in the mid reminds me of what I smell in Aqua Wood from Mancara. It's so different from anything in my collection. I don't hate it. Don't love it. But I have kept it just because of its unique smell.

I had the OG and primarily used it as a Gym Fragrance. Would prefer Terre d'Hermes as a signature scent over H24 any day.

I like Herbes Vives more because it's more playful and versatile.

I really love Herbes Vives, sure it does have that slightly pickle-ish feel in the mid but it opens up so freshly and modern and then dries down to a modern, slightly fougere-ish gentelmanly fragrance.

😮 Edit: how does the deep dry down smells? What's it like after the mid? What the performance? Longevity + Projection?

Scent profile is different for everyone. Just like how some people can smell corn tortillas from Tom Ford Orchid Soleil. My wife wears it around her friends and some of them actually mention smelling corn tortillas 🤣

@@GucciButNotGuilty Nah Reflection Man was that weird screechy metallic note. I do get a bit of that from Reflection but it’s not as bad as others have described.

I’m one of those ppl who really enjoy the edp. So unique to me compared to other designer fragrances

Really unique. Part of what I love about Hermes. Herbes Vives is definitely closer to the edt than edp though.

I prefer the H24 eau de parfum. I really like it, even more than the eau givrée.

Love the og H24, but Eau Givree Eau de parfum is masterclass; did not Bother with H24 EDP.

I want the opening scent to be there all the way thru the end 😢😢😢😢😢😢 the end, for me, smells similar to axe.

I feel the same way about Armani Profondo. I know it sounds crazy, but there's a slight note in it that reminds me of smoked meat. Only very slightly, but it still bothers me. 😅

Now that companies are going toward the fresh route, I think everyone will complain that they arent interesting enough, and the next trend will be amber/heavy-woody fresh fragrances to give it depth and more character. I think that's when the real gems will pop up. Dior Homme 2020 figured it out before the rest of them. Ahead of its time for what's about to trend.

At first smell, it was really unpleasant for me. After about 5-10 mins the fragrance became similar smelling to freshly cut grass lol but after about 1 hour it started to become a nice fresh, much more wearable scent. I'd say try it before buying.

Just bought DS Durga kiso, strong one spray shld do i believe. Will exp with layering fingers crossed. Next buy might be elysium or ds durga notorious oud But once Bleu de channel current bottle (hv a packed backup too) Guerlian lhomme ideal runs out 😅

Hermes should get it together and put out Terre Elixir.

My wife loves to eat pickle juice, gonna buy 10 bottles of this

I get the same mid problem with AdG Profondo. On my skin the opening is nice but the mid turns on me. It's got like a soured body odor thing going on. So I'll probably pass on Herbes Vive like I unfortunately have to pass on Profondo.

Something I've noticed with colognes is that there is invariably the one note in the fragrance that's slightly off-key. I'm starting to believe this is done on purpose by the perfumers. The whole idea is to keep you engaged but always on the quest for the perfect scent profile where everything comes together like a venerable masterpiece. In short , If they offered you perfection, you'd have nowhere else to go. I was hoping that this particular fragrance would pass muster with Ash but that's OK. Ash provides a fair assessment of colognes, and that's what I want. Onward towards the quest for the holy grail of colognes....

When a whiskey or fine spirit has an unpleasing note , you can mix it with something else to make it more palatable. Likewise , a problematic fragrance can often be layered with another one to make it more appealing and pleasant.

Eau Tres Fraiche smells like clean sweat with a little stink, too... Not the first, or even seonc hermes with sweat stench

I really like the OG and EDP which means I'll probably hate this one lol.

Nah, you're going to like it. I have both and like both a lot. This one fits in and smells great.

I think Ash likes the smell of BO. He needs to try Secretions Magnifique again 😂

I get a strong Adidas vibe off the packaging. I can't do the pickle scents. I wish I wasn't a person who picks those up. Rochas L'Homme aromatics has it and Santal Supreme for example. Although Santal is more like tzatziki sauce and L'Homme like pickle juice.

I’ve sampled the OG and can wholeheartedly say, it’s not my thing. It’s an ok scent, kind of fougere style. The part that bothers me is the overwhelming citrus and a metallic undertone.

If you were Hannibal Lecter, you could peel off someone's skin and use straps of it instead of tester strips 😉
