bandits are also already in the game but its very rare. they have cars that catch fire when they crash and then they run out of the burning car and shoot at you with guns. they usually spawn at 5k meters

OK. so my guess is the sprinter mutant runs more faster than the normal mutant which will be more impossible to run away from and the buff mutant will do more damage to you. so I hope this helps

from the looks of it (rust like model) its probably free the more modern helicopters are the ones with prices since thats where they're going for ex: the exotica mclaren nightshader etc all of them are modern vehicles
