It looks awesome. I can see your scalp a bit near the crown which adds to the realism of the system. You look great.

Hey Rick! How much does your skill as a barber contribute to how realistic the look is that you achieve? Would any barber or hairdresser have much difficulty in doing the initial cut or should I seek someone with experience in doing the cut in. This would be my first time trying a hair system and my baldness is very similar to yours. Thanks and I’d love to have a quick conversation with you before I take the plunge! Love your videos and they have certainly given me a boost in my confidence in attempting to regain the look of having hair the I truly do miss. Thanks for everything you do to help us out there!

Hey! So….. being a barber certainly contributes to the way my hair looks. However, with that being said, the styling is not what makes it look so realistic, it’s the cut in. The style plays a part of course but if the cut in is not right you can’t be good enough with the styling to make it look real. I would find someone who has experience to do the cut in for sure. Email me at Thehighlevelman@gmail.com and I will give you my number. Also, if you are interested, for $50 I will do a FaceTime consultation to answer questions and evaluate your goals from your present “hair” situation. I’m also happy to talk to you by phone call. I plan to do a “cut in” video. There are certain tricks that help with the blending etc…. If you email, include a picture and that will help me - help you. It’s all good man, I’m so glad I took the plunge. I spent very little time maintaining hair. Ten minutes to remove and reinstall. Understand though, there was a learning curve. I had to figure it out as I went. You can learn from My mistakes. Take care my friend!!!! - Rick

Hi Rick, wonderful video as always. Now that it’s mid-July ‘24, what’s your assessment of this system with regard to actual durability and ease of maintenance? I’m ready to pull the trigger and I’m on the fence between M111 and the XT. 71 years young with very fine bio hair and can’t buy more than 3 (maaaybe 4) units a year. Thanks and Hi from Houston! 👋

  • @thehighlevelman

    @thehighlevelman

    14 күн бұрын

Considerations here are : 1. The m111 is more durable (that helps with the 3 - 4 units a year) 2. The XT has thinner density of hair. (It will naturally be somewhat thinner in a couple of months.) 3. If your bio hair is super fine, it may be worth getting 4 a year to keep your noggin looking natural) 4. M111 is not as dense as the HD111 but it is more dense than the XT. With all that being said, I believe my choice would be the M111. The only reason I would choose the XT over it would be the density. If your bio is thin and fine the XT would look great, but if your bio hair is simply fine but not super thin the M111 would be the winner. Hope that helps buddy! 71 is the prime of life my friend! Let’s rock it!!!!! 😜

Hey man, so, I’ve installed and removed three times since. It’s done great. I have no complaints at all, plus, it has held up perfectly. I have another one coming that I am going to leave longer the way I most like it and see how it does. Final thoughts man, I really liked it a lot. I think it will last two months easily, probably more. I have on the hd111 today and have lots of hair. It’s fun to have options. I obviously don’t care that people know I wear hair, lol, so it’s short one week and long the next day! Can’t help that my hair grows that fast!😝. Other questions just shoot man!

As someone new, would you recommend the H111 or this one? Do you feel the longevity is about the same for both?

  • @thehighlevelman

My recommendation is the hd111. I have worn the thinner skin twice for a week at a time and with removal a reattach two times it has held up perfectly. I will soon shoot a review of its longevity . I’m the test pilot at this point so we will see. Thanks !!!!!

This looks so good Rick but you look so much better in the hd111. The long swept back hair is you, missing you run your hand through your hair and watching your hair slowly flop back down…hair porn right there lol

Youre looking Unbelievably good with charisma!! Heres a trivia question from me. If a hair transplant medical centre approached you for a sponsored, free. FUE, (full transplant) to promote their company and be endorsed by you on here, would you ditch the units and do it? Love love from England 🇬🇧🇬🇧

Hey buddy! Sooooo, to answer your question in a few words…no I wouldn’t. I have clients who have and it’s never a one time job. After the transplant you keep losing more hair So, another transplant. I have a client who has had two and has had now more bald area and no place to harvest more hair. Plus the back of his head has bald scarred places. He wishes he’d done what I do. Soooo, thanks but nope. Peace my brother!

6:38- The front hairline is impeccable as far as I can tell- but here's the however- the way your hair is divided at the top/rear of your head doesn't appear to be as natural looking as the frontal area and the system itself at the top is uneven in density, as once again viewed from the top. It's very noticeable from right side to left side of the top of your head and gives one the impression you're balding in those areas. The way it's parted back there is sort of strange because it appears that the crown (center crown I assume) is higher towards the top than it should be. The crown should be where the 'flat' of your head on top rolls over to the back of your head. It should be between the horizontal of the top and the vertical of the back at it's steepest transition. Your crown appears to be on the top of your head far from the aforementioned transition. Your video doesn't dwell long on the top shot so I had to pause the video to have a closer look. I sort of wish you would have spun around so that we could have a good look from the rear. Personally, light density is perfectly fine with me but the appearance of balding not so. I'd say this system is ultra-light density at the top.

You are correct. This unit is for those who had very fine things bio hair. The light shiny on me was massively bright for the video, so it didn’t really look that thin in real life. Thanks buddy!

That hairline looks freakin awesome, totally invisible, my only complaint, and I'm being honest here, the hair is too thin, looks like your balding in the back, and I can see your scalp in sertain angles.

Yeah, man I noticed that too. The video. Here’s what happened. The light I use is freakin bright. In real life you don’t see that at all. I’m gonna turn that sucker down next time. When I saw the vid I thought, dang I’m balding. That unit is not very dense, but it was at as it seemed in that light. Make sense?

Not as beautiful as your usual. Now your usual is real looking for sure but so nice it draws attention. That said it still doesn’t look like a hairpiece but leads one to speculate. This, however, is more normal nice. It lacks the wow factor which may (or may not) be a good thing.

I couldn’t order anything if I wanted to as they don’t have any availablilty in the 3 or 4 colors I might feel, are possible for me. Lordhair the same thing.
