You can. I didn't think I could either. Took a few tries to get it and it's so easy once you do get it!

I do this with my hair about once a week. I “over” curl my hair and add as many twist as I can on the first day but then by day 2 or 3 it’s just a nice wave and I can just toss in a few extra curls. I do have a lot of hair so it can take time but it works for me and the more I do it the better I get and faster!

I did this style 30 years ago but I twisted the hair then wrapped it around a hotroller. Got the same results way easier

Lol. Learnt it from Chloe Brown. She suggests if you want more volume, tease the hair before curling for less frizz

I know this tutorial is a couple months old, but I stumbled upon it & used it today on my medium length layered hair & it turned out so well! There is bit of a learning curve so I expect to get better & quicker @ doing it. I used a 1" T3 clipped iron & let the curls cool for about 30 minutes before just combing thru! Love it! Thank you for such a detailed tutorial! ☺️

I could NEVER curl my hair in 5 minutes no matter what method I used. I don’t think I could even curl one side is less than 15 minutes, which is why I never curl my hair anymore. I’m considering curling it for my sons’ wedding this summer, but I’ll probably have my stylist do it, as my arm gets tired before I can finish it.

Curling with a flat iron/straightener is much quicker but take a bit of skill to master

I bought the Lena automatic hair curler. It's amazing. Works really well n very less hectic than twisting around a hot curler. Tips: use only on fully dry hair.

I have thick, wavy hair so I do this method but only a handful of of pieces throughout my head on Day 3 and 4. It works great and stretches out how often I wash it.
