I'll try but not all versions I know about it.

Shimu is a lot stronger than Godzilla. She was the Alpha before she was enslaved by Skar King. She also overpowered Evolved Godzilla in GxK. Imagine she was resisting the crystal's control and yet still had better feats than Godzilla who got assisted by Mothra.

I don’t think he did, he mainly got her by ambush attacks or when Skar told her to focus on Kong. Even then, Shimo didn’t really take much from his attacks and she wasn’t 100% full power or supercharged, like Evolved Goji, in the movie. Yes Goji got some upper hand moments but he didn’t overpower her whatsoever.

Shimu almost had a chance to smash frozen Godzilla if Mothra didn't stop Shimu from blasting Godzilla. She also took Godzilla's atomic breath directly to her face up close and just shrugged it off. @@Radio.Broadcaster well first, godzilla evolved can free his self from that ice and that's why he evolved, when shimo froze something, that thing will still move his eyes and understand what happening, so godzilla evolved can just pulse/break that ice on him like what he did when fighting shimo, also he wasn't even supercharged, in the second fight he knew that shimo was controlled, he didn't use all his power on her, if he did he would kill her in seconds, it was confirmed in the comic that evolved godzilla IS STRONGER THAN THERMO GODZILLA
