bro u dumb or what his ability make the mob that have above 25%hp to 25 hp like this let say a mob have 100 hp and u use his ability now the mob have 25 hp now u get it ?

His ability isn’t making npcs take 25 percent more dmg to npcs it sets any enemy with an HP percentage above 25% to 25%, so lets say a unit has 10T HP, it gets dialed down to whatever 25% of 10T is
