    When i try to play the isle everything looks good, but the second i move everything kooks so pixelated and overall shitty

    It is caused by the antialiasing, taa gets shitty when camera is moving, not all antialiasing methods fix this problem, so if u have a nvidia rtx you could turn on dlss, or fsr if you have amd, and it would look better
