Cybermod a ring or necklace. It on the robot beside the base home dungeon platform after you open the space map. Cost an eso circuit. After cybermoding an item, it will have an empty space for a mod, if you have a mod, you can insert it. Afterward, check on skill tab, change your potion place with the embedded mod on your necklace or ring
