For real! I’ve never been mad at an update, they are always making the game better!

Not only is walkabout the best title on VR right now but this is the game people need to look at for gaming development done right. Not just on the game itself but also it's marketing and respecting the player base. With so much drama going on trust in game developers is at an all time low but with walkabout I purchase the new courses immediately without even needing to see if they're good because I know they already are. I've never been disappointed.

Yeah, every time someone tries to just write off VR I tell them to try walk about mini golf with a group of friends and I promise it will change your mind.

Wow!! I loved it as it was and will love the new changes additions. My husband and I purchase every game and love it. We are seniors and don’t care for the shoot to kill games and there isn’t much on their for us until we discover led Walkabout. It’s our weekend getaway, a staycation and we love it. Same 😂😂 I've only been playing 2 rounds a month lately because it felt so repetitive. But now I'm sure I'll be going back to probably playing 10 rounds a week starting tomorrow 🙃 😂🎉❤

I finally caved in and bought the entire game+course pack for my 40th birthday. Greatest game, not just VR, but of All-time 🏆

I wish they'd add a local hot-seat mode so I could pass back and forth with visiting friends. If you could configure how many holes between swaps to reduce unnecessary fussing about, I think it would be fairly manageable (especially as Walkabout typically doesn't result in a sweat drenched face pad). If they really wanted to go all out, they could make some kind of picture-in-picture action replay to show highlights of the other player's shots when you swap...

if they did add a local hot seat, you could always just cast the game to a tv or computer that way your friend can watch the action live.

Love the idea of match point and race mode! Still REALLY was hoping for a “captain’s choice” mode where you could do teams like 2v2 and whoever the team captain is would then pick which ball to use each shot. Also based on the other comments, it would be cool if they could add a “custom point tracker” option to something like practice mode so everyone could still make up their own style but not worry about keeping track of it outside the headset.

I love Cherry Blossom even more now! I’m beyond excited for the Wallace and Gromit course! 🥳

Thanks for this - if it wasn't for this video, tthere's so much when it comes to the new game modes that I would have missed. I love how MC have introduced them, not as a full blown overload but as options you may want to implement to your playing experience.

Wow, I'm speechless. I've been asking for new modes forever and infact lost interest in playing a few months ago. I used to play around 10 rounds a week a year ago, and then that dropped to around 5 rounds a wk 6 months ago. Until 3 months ago, when I stopped and have been only playing 2 rounds a month. Why? Because I was bored of the same old same old. But now I feel so excited about the new modes and extra features. Thank you, mighty coconut 🥥 🙏 I really appreciate it, and no doubt I'll be playing more often again. Best news and highlight of the month for me with regards to Quest gaming news. Wooohooo 🎉😊❤❤

You can actually play the musical instrument now in cherry blossom. Love it

I always wondered why there wasn't match play. It should make games more fun if you have that random friend that does well except for the 1-2 holes they have a meltdown on every course. So happy to see Cherry Blossom getting a remaster. It's in my top 3 vibe courses.

I love them for doing this, just wished we finally got ball collisions feature :( dang..hopefully a future update

Thank you for the support! Ball collisions is apparently very difficult for them to implement with the way the game is currently built, but it would be so much fun (and absolute carnage)

Good job, had a feeling you were going to be working with mightycoconut in some kind of way on these modes (for your input about them no doubt) As to why this video released at the same time the update did ;) Its excellent to have these new modes! Only thing I was realllllllllllly hoping for with the speedrunning stuff is database saving :( I want to see my speed records at the shack just like regular strokeplay scores saves do. Screenshotting is all I can do still I guess. unfortunate. Still Im glad for their work on all of this.

I would LOVE a ranked mode but very appreciative of these and all updates too!

I’m so excited about Wallace and Gromit. I feel like it may be a “crazy” one, and maybe they’ll try some different things out even in animation style

Love that they did this. I'm hoping they implement a Hole-in-One Rush mode where everyone simultaneously races to get a hole in one from the tee off point with as many shots as they like. Whoever gets it first gets a point, and everyone moves onto the next hole. Whoever ends the course with the most points wins. Seems like it would be really zany and fun.

The one feature I’d love to see would be the ability to enable mulligans. It would be really useful for those times when you nudge a ball accidentally whilst shuffling about in vr

I hope you do more vr type videos I’ve already watched all your walk about videos your voice is soothing and you speak very well like a radio host 📻

Now we just need quickplay with more than 2 players. I would love to click one button and get into a 3 or 4 person match with random rules.

This game is worth every penny and more. Probably my favorite game in VR with some of the best updates and content. Thank you so much Mighty Coconut!

I've been wanting match play and distance features since I bought the game!

Still the best game in VR for me. I have 2 friends who I play with every night at 7:30 for the last year or so.

I wish someone would show a comparison of the old vs this new remaster visuals. I can't remember what the original Cherry Blossom course looked like.

I am very excited to play the corse again.

Love the race idea, I play solo and am now at the stage where I can't beat my best scores so this is something fresh to work for.

This is pretty awesome. I’m glad to see that this game continues to just get better and better.

I love all of ur videos. They've been super helpful and Informative. U make everything extremely easy to understand and execute. I did have a question tho, I've had an issue multiple times where I'm playing multi-player and one of us will sit our headset down to grab a bite or use the restroom quickly and when we put the headset back on we won't be able to hear the other person anymore. They can still hear, but the person who put the headset down and put it back on can no longer hear. Which then causes us to have to quit our game completely and start over again. Has anyone else ran across this problem? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and keep posting ur awesome videos!!

Thanks for the Video and these Infos. I LOVE this VR-Game so much!!! But, i dont play Multiplayer, i dont like Multiplayer. I wished that game had the Option for every Course to choose to play on Day or Night time. Not only Night tIme at the hard Courses...

I think the addressed that request once as being a challenge, and the loading time for each course might ruin the experience a bit

I still can't belive the best vr game is a putt putt game. It's so good!

Mighty coconut please add collision option to the balls in race mode. It will enhance the chaos.

Love the update. Any way to check your own race mode times in solo play? Fun to beat friends, but also to race against personal best, or to compare best times. Can’t seem to find where it keeps track?

Maybe they've fixed it already, but I'd really like to see animations synched with the system clock. The have the proof of concept with the clock in Paris. If animations loop some number of times per 30 or 60 minutes then they don't need to send sync data between players. One of the annoying things was playing Journey to the Center of the Earth and pointing out creatures only for the kiddo or me to not see them because my system was doing it's own arbitrary cycle. Ice Lair and Widow's Walkabout might be more difficult for some things because they move based on the player location. So they could have time dependent and non-time dependent features.

Best multi players game period.

I noticed in the night version the foxes are back. Is there a new club with the graphic update?

Hands down best video game on all platforms... As far as support creativity and not trying to make a quick buck dlc are well worth the money unlike operator skins on cod

How do you play with the instruments? Almost every map we try this on our putter just goes through the instrument. Or...are you just joking. Thanks for this update video

Have they improved matchmaking yet? I don't want to play these modes 1v1, I want to play with a group of random people. And I don't want to have to use Discord to coordinate a group play game.

Up until now, the 'playable instruments' thing has been a running joke on the channel. This is currently the only course to have playable instruments, and only since the update

Awesome update! Btw, can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong with respect to "playable instruments"? They're not missing in the PCVR version are they (which is what I play. I've tried and tried to get interactions with every instrument and instrument-like thing I've found to no avail. I play with grip-to-putt and have tried interacting while gripping and not etc. But instrument ever makes any sound. I've tried in both normal and hard-mode for all courses as well. Nothing. It's not the biggest deal but it's a little disappointing nonetheless.

this might be the only map where you have repeat holes i think. like they are the same day and night.
