I'm going to smell Juliette this week. I did smell a specific kind of musk molecule in Ode to Dullness so this may be a new style of musk they'll be using for newer releases. Will make a mental note when I smell even newer releases lol

I will try the new Juliet, I was hoping for some cherry. I love Ode to Dullness it reminds me of the long discontinued Loverdose by Diesel. I get liquorice from it not a clean sheets scent.

Great video ❤ I smelled the new My way flanker and I found it a bit boring..or at first it was very nice, very pretty pear in the beginning. But the mid and the drydown was so boring 😌

Omg Juliette pear smells so yummy!! So many I may have to buy lol I only like sweet and fruity candy foodie scents I can’t do dryer sheets instant migraine even outside if I smell the real thing lol it’s a shame chemicals are everywhere

Tangerine boy smelled too masculine for me. Tiger Lilly is a scrubber for me. Daisy wild is a scrubber also! I like Amber Vanilla but enough for a full bottle. I have a travel of strawberry letter and that is good enough for me. I have too many perfumes, so no full bottles unless I love it.

Tiger Lilly was not for me either. My way nectar is very pleasant for spring and summer, I bought a small bottle. It is a pretty safe blind buy I would say.

I know exactly what you mean about freesia being bothersome when it's too dominant! It always smells cheap to my nose, like a cheap floral note that just doesn't belong in fragrances anymore. I get that same feeling from apple blossom, too. Ironically, it wasn't the freesia that did Tiger Lily in for me, it was the coconut milk. I just can't deal with coconut anymore unless it's coconut water. Milky scents in general make my stomach turn over (they almost always smell curdled to me) but coconut milk is just extra gross lol. So glad I got a sample of Tiger Lily but was sadly disappointed as there hasn't been a V&R fragrance I like yet.

So glad I saw this video pop up. I was thinking about going to Sephora today for Juliette. Kind of disappointed to hear that the cherry note is not prominent and that it has poor performance. Disappointed, but sadly not too surprised. I’m sure I’ll find something else to spend my money on. That’s (unfortunately) never a problem. 😂

I thought I loved V&R Tiger Lily at first too, and then in the dry down, it just was NOT what I was hoping it to be! I first sprayed it on the tester strip at Nordstroms and walked around and kept smelling it wafting towards me and smelled so beautiful, so I tried it on skin. Left the store, went home, and all of a sudden I'm smelling it up close, and it had changed so much! I don't know what it was that I didn't like, but it was like a weird combination with the florals and the coconut. I have not been a fan of V&R's offerings in the last few years. I am also thinking that Daisy Wild might be FBW for me, I used to loooove Daisy Eau So Fresh back in 2011, and haven't been much of a MJ fan since, but Daisy Wild is so pretty, and the bottle is so freaking cute and unique! Thank you for the video as always Becky!

What I'm hearing about Juliette makes me sad, I was looking forward to it. I need to find a tester. I already have Ode to Dullness and I like it a lot. I tried Vanilla Amber and it's nice, but as you said, close to the skin. Not sure if it's full bottle worthy.

I was sad when I tested it, I think it had potential and I so wanted to add that gorgeous red bottle to my collection 💔

JHAG Juliette smells so much like the combo I would combine of JHAG not a perfume with JHAG Ode to dullness. I feel like Ode to dullness, did not do very well in sales and they just went back and added some not a perfume to sweeten it up just a bit as to not waste the formula and called it Juliette.

I totally agree with reformulating ode to dullness! Not sure how that works but if it could be done I could totally see them pushing a cherry 🍒 version, which might work if there was more cherry 💔

I felt the same about Tiger Lily and the Ulta sales lady was pushing it to me and I was like, it's not my cup of tea. Headache city.
