Hi - very useful thankyou. Is there anyway I can get Fluent to send only certain blog posts to certain lists? We try to segment our emails and only send blog posts that are particularly relevant to each subscriber, rather than sending all blog posts to a list?

Good day Bros, In short: Fluent CRM is not responsible for email landing to Inbox/Promotion/Spam Your emails be land to inbox or not, base on Recipient Email Providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Webmail/Cpanel mail, Microsoft, Proton...) ---------------------------- If you want to send email to inbox. There are so many factors you need to config in correct way. + SPF (*) + Dkim (*) + Dmarc (**) + BIMI (**) And there is one thing very important that: Domain Age. As far as I checked, Domain Age is one of important factor that you email will be landed to Inbox or Promotion Tab. You need to make sure this one also: + Type of email will be sent: Email Marketing or Transaction Email . This is much more different. + The way you send email: SMTP or API. + Your sending volume. It will help you need Private IP for sending emails or not. Please take note that, If you send emails to Microsoft Emails Users (Known as: @hotmail/@outlook). Its extremely hard to be landed to Inbox. I have 3 months research on this case. And I did realized: Impossible. (yes sure, some company doing well. But. There are so so other many companies can not do that. ). So with my simple solution in this case, You just create Thank You page (Like some one subscribed your form -- They will be re-direct to Thank You page) and you create a Pop-Up/section/ with Content: "If you do not see my emails in your Inbox/Promotion tab, Kindy check on you Spam email and move it to your Inbox". -- If your recipient do that, Great! next time your email will be landed to Inbox (the same recipient). And so so many recipient do that, your emails for next will be landed to inbox (the other recipient) Email Marketing is Not easy. Do not give up.
