Is that why it happened to me? Even after a full reset the vmd controller was still on. Im so happy this fixed the issue

I love how the KZread algorithm found me after a few days since giving up. I had searched for multiple nights on how to fix a couple of my ssds that weren’t showing up in windows, not Partition-able, and only shown in bios. Now I stumble upon this random video with low view count and it fixes all my problems. Thanks for the fix man 😂

Bro thank you so much, i genuinely broke into tears after watching this, i just went out and bought a second ssd because of this issue and i’ve been having it for weeks i watched and read a shit ton of articles and videos but nothing and then you fixed in under a minute thank you so much 😭

Had a windows update destroy my ability to do any sort of windows recovery, so it shocked me when I got stuck at this point with a clean windows install. While I only struggled with this for a few hours your video was definitely a huge help! Not sure I would have resolved this on my own without the internet! Thanks!

you have me & my computer !! I'm novice/advanced as I been working/fixing computer since 1995. Didn't have time to check all the BIOS settings but these new system & configurations are getting ridiculous. I read somewhere to disable the VMD but I could not find it as I have ASUS Z790P until you showed me. I spent 3 hours trying to figure out why my BIOS & system won't detect nvme, thus unable to do clean windows install. Your method worked! Thank you so much.

Thank you man 🎉 I don't know how it happened because the drives showed during initial install...it rebooted and the drives disappeared. This got them back. I was really mad. Got 2 crucial T700s and thought both were defective.

You got to be shiting me if this is the fix!!! I been at it since last night trying to update the bios which it doesn't. My PC knows that it has the memory in there it just doesn't acknowledge which m.2 is on. If this works oh man I'll definitely subscribe and leave a like if it does. My issue is my m.2 is not even showing up in the BIOS. I believe I have installed everything correctly and confirmed that the mother board takes m.2. My first build so not sure where to go :/

This fixed my issue... M.2 slot 0 was not showing up in windows installer till I did this.

Much appreciated! had an m.2 go dead on me in a AIO asus desktop and after replacing the m.2 nvme it stopped showing any stuff in windows installer and only in bios! I thought I broke it when O opened it up as it was tricky where the M.2 is placed on those AIOs!
