Wow, our experience throughout the main plot truly paid wonders, no way a normal human without power suit is running that fast nor jumping that high casually. Maybe that part of the story where we play as SKK with a pistol was not 100% the power suit carrying, I hold no doubt that current SKK can beat Nuzzle solo with his fist 😂

Very sure shikikan was classed as the top graduate of F.O.S. For a reason, our character had to canonically be crazy good in physical shape and as far as I’m aware on the plot, rarely did ‘remote connections’ from Babylonia, which would of significantly messed up M.I.N.D. Connections with such a massive distance. Even global’s latest version with noctis, really goes to show how much of a screwed situation it can be, with what is likely a network of transmission towers on the surface they had to be setup to have such kind of ‘Wi-Fi’ for not only communications but also for combat reasons.

Probably because this is supposed to be to be our ‘normal wear’ when we aren’t doing formal situations or in extreme combat moments. The outfit basically reflects a similar motif to other commandant outfits Plus if they rework older chapters with us being more present it makes more sense to be an outfit when we aren’t even wearing the power exoskeleton BEFORE we got the super armor one that was simply used to be able to trek the dangerous punishing virus infected landscapes that likely had mini filter systems to mitigate the virus influence as much as possible. Either way I absolutely like it because it’s simple and didn’t have to be over complicated like genshite’s traveler appearance, nor have some drip like look like trailblazer. In this case, less is more and simplicity can end up looking loads better. And I’m sure plenty can joke that if the outfit was dominantly white with gold and black trimming, that would be a perfect outfit to meme honkai impact 3rd’s non canonical appearance. Hell even the eye glass wear makes sense because of tactical UI information and so on, plus commandant is likely on the same level of meme’ary as ark knight’s doctor who is canonically confirmed to pour boiling water and uncooked noodles into his mouth to eat a lot faster cause he is too impatient to wait for cup noodles to properly cook.

That’s because it was FORMAL OFFICER WEAR, it’s the kind of outfit you only wear for special meetings and what not. Plus, JPEG visuals that are especially shrouded with obscurity, are always gonna have a gap in visual clarity vs 3D models that can’t be final fantasy 7 Remake/Rebirth level of quality, or phones would implode to try and emulate that level of pixel quality and what not in actual gameplay.

I saw someone saying that Chinese players were dissapointed and were quitting the game recently, just asking since i wouldn't want the game to die early bcuz of that, checked the revenue and they seem to be doing just fine like HI3 but i don't really know how CN feel about the latest patches of the game.

I just got back from a trip to China and from the looks of the Takara Tomy (anime store) on Nanjing Street, their PGR section is doing fine, I guess, but considerably less busy than the other anime sections… which is to be expected when you’re up against Spy x Family or Chainsaw Man. I use Bilibili as well and the PGR channel is still garnering lots of views, so I dunno what the person you heard that from is on about.

@@Yuzhen1 thanks for the info, It was on a discussion about the New hoyo game ZZZ, the Guy wasn't being agressive or acting like a hater or anything, he was even using a Female Rover profile pic, but he said something about the game not doing well recently, which i found really strange, but well, people on the internet usually feel in a certain way and Just search for things that validate their own biases, like this Guy that Said he wasn't happy with the latest patches and probably Saw some people that weren't either and exagerated on what he said making It seem like that was a general feeling between most players of the game.

That’s kind of the point, it’s a standard outfit to basically emphasize how much of a top of FOS school elite the Commandant was, by also keeping to a very simple design as all create a character self insert mobile games do. They can’t make it over detailed or they won’t be able to have character customization. But the fact they have this customization means they can pull more creative things. Like having the commandant be present in events instead of using a Kuro bot or the diver robot be the stand in instead. Plus with such simplicity, they could add special event oufits too if they want specific to maybe say the, CNY or Xmas or even Summer specific content. Such as maybe hucking a Santa hat on our character, a swimsuit for summer or a yukata for new years or so for a new years, Kuro games already does a ridiculously good job at cooking so the possibilities are easily present. Plus now they can even make chibis and stickers of the commandant now that we have an ‘established default look properly.’

but commandant's gender was always up to the player. you mean the "he" in the translations? please correct me if I'm wrong but iirc in Chinese "he" is also used when the gender of the person unknown. besides that *Huge chapter 26 spoiler* if I remember correctly there's a scene in Cradle Parade where Lamia asks your identical clone to undress your upper body so she can treat their wound. Shorthalt's clone is also present during that scene, so the option to A) either undress in front of him or B) to turn your back to him appears. Option B) makes sense if you're a woman and don't want to uncover your chest in front of a dude.

English isn't the same as Chinese you dingus, when they said he in Chinese it's for if someone's gender is unknown aswell which is what it was supposed to be. The gender was up to the player. Just because EN directly translated and didn't change he to they is just ignorant. The devs know what tf they are doing more than you do.
