Modok Discard is one of my favorite decks as well. Lots of streamers saying Discard is dead with the nerf to America Chaves, but I disagree. It may remove some consistency, but having that extra spot freed up by Chaves provides the opportunity for different playlines and versatility to be added to Modok Discard to make it less predictable. One of my favorite variations of the deck has Arnim Zola and IW in the deck for the combo of Modok on turn 5 behind IW and then Zola your Daken/Dracula on turn 6.

Thanks for the great up to date decks. After only seeing ongoing decks I’ve now faced 100% Discard after switching to this but this is keeping pace nicely

@@deathstar9137 I had a pretty insane Loki Collector Discard deck when Loki first came out. You use Wong, Gambit, and Swarm as your key cards. Using combos like Wong Mystique, essentially you're dropping Morbius in one lane, Collector in another, then just going ham by dropping Wong on 4, Mystique and Collector or Morbius (whichever wasn't out by turn 4) on 5, then Gambit and Loki (when he was still 3 cost) with the order depending on if you can reliably hit Swarm and if not then Loki first. If you had a turn 7 with Magik then you can do Gambit into Absorbing man on turn 7 to pretty much wipe their board. I also had an Odin in there to drop on turn 6 or 7 to also kill their board that way. But Swarm was key in here as the changes to Gambit meant I needed ammo and Swarm was the obvious best target for that usage. I might try to brew another one again though I have been seeing some frequent Cosmo usage lately.

Rogue stealing rogue's stolen ability was so funny esp. bcz it devalued their super Skrill. Funny stuff 🤣

This got me to infinite from 92! Great deck. It definitely had some rounds where it refused to link up butvwhen it did it crushed some pretty strong decks. Also f*** ms marvel i was glad to have Rogue there. Sub well earned!

Just won an 8 cuber against an opponent who tried to Valk my Ebony Blade. Honestly, the Blade might be one of the strongest cards in the game, as it's really difficult to interact with it

oof that might be a little more difficult. Hell cow isn't a bad replacement, and then maybe throw in another big card to play final turn since you wont have dracula, or you could go mustique to double morbius

@@storky1456 the only true counter is echo and many people dont have her. Enchantress isn't a fair trade, rogue is good but most people are running cosmo on 3 to prevent this anyway

ghost rider would only bring back infinaut, so if you want to play ghost rider i would get rid of apoc and maybe throw in another big card

that might be tough. you could throw in mystique for your morbius, or throw in beast or something to be able to play blade and colleen again

Exactly how you would think, it copies ALL ongoing abilities of your opponent, the abilities can stack.

at 13:27 wouldnt it have been better (safer) to play rogue left (doesnt steal anything), djinn right, then nico right so her effect doesnt proc, and then dracula wouldve been +16 from apocalypse? rogue still gets destroyed by alioth but even if he played alioth on right you still win because of the +16 apo????

Playing right generates 0/1 djinns which make it less likely Dracula will discard apoc

I saw a deck, not sure if its good. renslayer deck with dracula and zola with the discard shell.

I love molt’s hatred towards Ms marvel and I agree with it too 😭why are people running 3x Ms Marvel, that’s so risky and they think they are invincible to enchantress or echo, and for that reason I’m running echo in this discard deck instead of Nico.

To fight ongoing i prefer super skrull

Molt needs to factor the 65% YT streamer bonus that Second Dinner gives him when he recommends these decks.

Do NOT waste tokens on modok😂 wait till he's in the catche.....big big mistake to waste tokens on a card like that.... outside of discard he is useless....I've only ever used tokens on Jeff because he is universal in many decks.....I get it , if you love discard but as slow as it is saving tokens my advice would be to keep saving for better cards and wait till he's in the catche

If all meta's were the same these decks might be more consistent but all players aren't in the same type of games.

What can I replace Swarm with? He feels like a terrible liability when Ronin and Junk/toxic decks are popular.

Discard existed before MODOK, it can be used. Colleen is a bit more need giving the fact that she is a controlled discard... Old Chavez is way more important than MODOK is and yet we keep trying ❤

I use shang instead nico, so many blobs out there and if they use rogue against morbius snap an play dracula there, they spent turn 3 to shot down an not play other lanes 😂 so funny they snap and you to immediately, confused them and win the game 😂😂😂
