Other than upcoming true fall, this Summer 3 launch was probably the one I thirsting the most for, And I had about four things suddenly go wrong to decimate my candle budget! 😂 😭 Now I'm regretting several May/June **decisions** I've made at BBW ...here's looking at you, SAS 😏

That juicy deep blue label on mixed berry crumble had me thinking some kind of bakery Blueberry overload was coming and I was so excited, bummed to hear it's just another generic berry donut scent. Not feeling the labels either, yawn. Except of course for the scents I don't want lol. Ditto on Gingham glow so far though. Haven't seen or smelled the candle yet but the mist .. omg glorious. Strong and lasting too! I've been wanting more to use this sale to stock up on Lakeside Morning, White Gardenia, that Cinnamon sugar one, Rosewater and Ivy, Santorini Coast etc.. basically the ones that never went down a penny during all of SAS. Plus I'm really wanting to snag the new room sprays and wallflowers, some sake wallflowers, and more Bridgertons. Never thought I'd love that line like I did, sad to see them go!

Basil Leaf & Apple smells like a backyard vegetable garden. The first thing I thought of were tomatoes growing on the green vine when I smelled it on cold. I didn't purchase it, so the garden vine smell could go away when burning. But it seems that is what you were trying to describe. Also, the Mixed Berry Crumble smells awesome burning. The buttery crumble topping shines along with a warm berry cobbler aroma. It's definitely NOT WBJD or HH.

The cafe latte candle smells just like goosecreek’s whipped caramel espresso candle from last year to me. I’ll stick with pink lavender and espresso. And I loved the happy Hanukkah candle so I’m looking forward to wild blueberry crumble.

I love seeing you haul & enjoy those 75% off candles. With all the candles we have, nostalgia & old faves would definitely make me buy. Merry mistletoe & Vanilla Snowflake are always candles that I buy in case they’re never brought back (since they have been missing for a few years before).

I will try the gingham glow, but the others sound boring to me. I agree with coffee & candles that the last set that was amazing was the Trailblazers series. I am burning Gwen's Note now and it is so amazing & unique. They were also part of SAS.

I think it is Happy Hannakah -- berry crumble, to me anyway. I am so thankful for your reviews. For SAS, I bought Surf Shack that I love and I am not into coconut, based entirely on your opinion as well as several other delights that made me so happy. Thank you ❤

@@gbecks3672bring back old favorites. Let some of the test scents go nationwide. There definitely is several things they could do but yet it’s the same candles year after year in different packaging. Now with no throw.

Gingham Glow smells like Sun and Cashmere Glow to me. I think I like it just because I like the other 2 that I just named but it smells very familiar.

Unless the Gingham Glow candle is different somehow than the perfume, it will be a pass for me. It’s heavy on the marigold, that is for sure! Wow. Anyway, many thanks for the reviews, always so very helpful!

Ugh fall my least favorite BBW season. So many repackages. I smelled those neutrals today in store wasn’t impressed by any of them. The Cranberry Apple Gala is ok I guess? I wish some of those test scents would get released instead of all of these repackages.

I won’t buy any candles from bath and body works. I stopped buying the moment I burnt one and I saw the black smoke coming out. It’s scary

You mean sooting? Just return it. The newer ones don't soot. Also, you have to trim the wicks to a quarter inch.

On first sniff Gingham glow reminds me of a MFK (Maison Francis Kurkdjian) fragrance! Aqua Vitae cologne forte! Once I buy gingham glow I'll compare side by side but it's definitely giving MFK vibes. Very much a niche vacation fragrance,
