Great video, guys, and an awesome machine. Get yourself a load of crushed concrete and build a "parking pad" under the conveyor for your truck to set on. Maybe enough for the spliter to set on also....it'll be worth it. ( Get a roll of geo fabric and lay down first)👍

Keep on grinding, tough times make strong men!
Processors can really run thru the wood especially if you take time to do some prep work. I get all my logs from trees near my property so I take the time to set them up for my processor. I cut my logs 13'2" so there is seldom a short piece at the end. I stack all my logs by diameter in 3 separate log decks so that I can run the same size for a long time, this means less moving up and down on the wedge. Most branches are set in a separate area and are cut by chain saw to 4' long to use as boiler wood. Over diameters logs either go to my band mill or to be cut by chain saw and put thru my homemade 36" stroke splitter. The logs are all decked so that the butts are all correct for butt to the wedge splitting. I cut all branch nubs off and crooked logs are set in a separate area to process by chain saw or buzz saw. A processor takes up a larger wood yard to make them efficient. Now you have to get busy on all that ash to feed that beast.

Yea they can, some great tips there! I especially like the idea to stack like sized logs together. I’ll have to work on this moving forward.

I have been wondering how long before you guys have a processor. Congratulations! Looks like fun to operate, and I had fun watching you operate it. As a homeowner with a boiler, I could use a smaller machine, but at my age, it's too late in life to make an investment like that. The whole process of felling, hauling, bucking, splitting, and then feeding the boiler is rapidly getting to be a bigger chore than I feel I'm going to be able to do in the near future. But, If I was 20 years younger, I'd be in for something like this.

Ron, it is an awesome machine for sure. One cool thing about Dyna is their rental program. If you get logs ready to go you can make a years worth of wood in a day or two. My brother has rented them before and would split the daily rental with a friend. They’d work together and get all of their wood done in a day.
That processor is fantastic. It will be hard to let that go in June. You should tag Allen Family Firewood. They could use this for sure.
