Such a bad trade!

Agreed really hated how another "Patriots channel" talked about it that its a interesting trade they then made a youtube shorts vid saying yeah we don't agree with this trade rumor after the backlash they got. But to my point its a bad trade no matter how you look at it for one you're giving up your main pass rusher in Mathew Judon who I feel we will extend at some point to a 3yr deal? Losing him you'll really only have Barmore, uche is once again a free agent (unless we extend him), Keon white is unknown and Jennings is more of a run stopper. Keeping Judon helps Barmore and whoever the other pass rusher on the other side of judon while having veteran leadership for the locker room. - Paying Aiyuk what 28-30 million after year one of our rebuild we don't know what we have in Maye (I hope he's our franchise qb) - we have 4 wr under contract for 2-3 yrs Douglas, polk and baker on rookie deals with Borne being the only veteran wr. Its not an great wr core more of an unknown wr room yet but we need to continue to build the team first before paying a wr premium money for a team that isn't ready yet to compete. - The first round pick will be most likely be minimum a top 10 pick why give that up when you can get a premium prospect in a DE, DT, WR or for me personally a LT to protect your qb. Or the other scenario you trade down for more picks its a dumb trade rumor good vid man

Don’t forget Osborne as well at WR. Yes just an overall dumb trade if they had done it! Draft capital is big and the Pats could have a high pick come next April!

I like the addition of Osborne but he's on a 1yr deal so I don't know if we keep him after this season I feel Polk will be that wr2 for us for the next couple of years it all depends on Baker cause dude reminds me of Steve Smith a guy with alot to prove and prove his doubters wrong and hopefully Douglas continues to improve in the slot. That 1st round pick will be key to the following off season

That’s true! He isn’t a true wr1 so hopefully these young guys can step up and someone take that role!

I don't care how good the 49ers receiver is , giving up a lot of draft capital is stupid for a player that will probably walk once this contract is up. just to go and play some better. a lot of players don't like to play in New England because of the cold weather. the patriots are better off keeping their draft picks. and in the 2025 draft, the patriots should get the best explosive wide receiver in the 1st. round of the 2025 draft. because probably they're gonna have a good spot in next year's upcoming draft..🤔😏
