@Alysia Williams Yeah, Ray Parker jr was a bit of an underrated artist back in the 70's and 80's. He was an in-demand session guitarist who played on a lot of records and wrote a number of hits (for himself and others). He also recorded an early demo version of the song which eventually became "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing". It was stolen from him, he wasn't given the songwriting credit and it became a massive no.1 hit for Leo Sayer.
I am a 17 year old girl. It's the 3rd month into 2024. I always find myself back here. These boys were truly lengendary. I love their music so much. Back then's music was truly magical. It was on a different level.

I only found out about this song a few days ago because someone kept blasting it in the showers of my dorm. Now I can't stop listening to it, it's so upbeat yet the lyrics have a sadness to them that gives the song this balanced melancholic feeling that I love. Honestly, in my opinion it hits pretty similar to some Japanese city pop songs from the time.

@@mariahyohannes that's your opinion🤷♀️. I'm going off FACTS😌, Ralph solo didn't outshine BB neither one of them did! that is why when he was solo he was called the KING OF STAGE and he had better solo songs than Ralph. BB voice was just as strong as Ralph when they was younger. But if you ask me Ricky sounds much better than them both when they got older now that's my opinion.

The 80s - BEST. DECADE. EVER!
Don’t cry for a generation that stopped cause if you do that it won’t live forever so if we want the best decade of music to live we gotta to cheer ourselves up and keep listening to those classic this is how they are going to live forever
Even at this age young Bobby was thuggin it out
My husband was singing this and now I got to see the video damn our childhood was awesome
