I got to say I love your channel and how you’re actually a fragrance enthusiast. When I look at different channels they tend to constantly talk about Niche and not to really get designer then when you look at there top tens, they have some designers. You look at every perspective when it comes to fragrance whether it from price rage or even tips for casual consumer who want to try something new.

Got my bottle today and its incredibly similar to Light Blue Forever albeit with the tartness of the grapefruit toned down and other notes more prominent. It therefore comes across as more rounded.

Waited for this first impression for few weeks now! Amazing scent!

Just got my D & G forever yesterday I love the smell scent is awesome.

For those who loved LB Forever, I suggest to try Zara's Vibrant Leather Eclat de Bergamote... It completely blew my mind with the quality of the scent, which was below 20€ btw. It will be one of my favorites to use this summer.

Light blue eau intense is my favourite fragrance, looking forward to smelling Italian love

Ive been wearing this for a week now and i love it. I didn't hate forever but all i could get was the grapefruit. Italian love smells more like a fragrance than just straight up grapefruit like forever. Still smells juicy though, i think it's an improvement in forever.

Just smelled Italian Love yesterday. Soon as I smelled it, I said this smells like Forever. Still smells great and performs VERY well. Wow…Macy’s is killing me with the price though. Not really looking to buy, but hard to resist lol. Holla.

Which is better performance?

I got myself some Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Forever two days ago. I really love the smell. To oversimplify it, a real pleasant and gentle grapefruit. I haven't purchased cologne in years! I also got Spicebomb Extreme for the one week of winter we have in Houston. I have loved the smell of Spicebomb and wanted it since around 2015. Spicy scents really work well on my skin, but that can be a bit stuffy during the very hot summers. Can't wait to find more summer scents! Might have to add this Italian Love to the collection.

Yeah I'm looking to buy spicebomb extreme also. I have the same predicament, I live in Florida, so winters barely exist here another reason why I haven't pulled the trigger yet. Maybe I'll just look at it as a winter time special occasion scent or something. 😅

For me, it's basically forever edt. Love it.

smelled this one today, great scent! im not the biggest fan of light blue intense (i own it) but I fell in love with this one at first sniff!

I love light blue forever. I love the grapefruit in it but a lot of people do think its a bit strong in the opening(not my opinion). The dry down though is amazing and the grapefruit cuts out a bit and then people tend to like it more. Maybe this new light blue will be liked more if the grapefruit is a little more reined in. I will still love light blue forever though.

Love citrus, so tried the Light Blue Forever last year, but did not work on my skin and to be honest, it reminded me of a lesser version of Guerlain AA Pamplelune (grapefruit). Glad I saw this video and saved my money :-) I have had both the OG Light Blue and Light Blue Intense, but Light Blue Sun is my favorite.

Maybe this will be the new trend in fragrances. Parfum, then EDP, followed and finished by the EDT.

Hey Ash, if you call Macy's customer service they will typically give you a refund for the sale amount.

Glad you posted this video because I’ve been waiting a year till summer comes back to buy Lbf so if it’s cheaper I might just get Italian love instead 😂

I knew the day they announced it and I saw the notes that it was just an EDT of Forever. But I still want it 🤣

Ordered Forever today. Can't wait. The last time I bought summer frags was about 7 years ago. We get maybe 6 weeks of warm weather here lol.

I love me some light blue forever and got me a great discount on gift express for $52 for 100ml to be precise .. smell great and my co worker’s love the way it smells.

@0:18 wow just starting the video noticed, the Proraso colognes are quite pricey in the US, even when discounted. The Wood & Spice cologne there at $30.60 with offer, here in Notino Germany costs only €15.30. That scent has a close similarity to Black Afgano and Gucci Intense Oud, highly recommended

But.... Curlyscents take on it is that it smells like body odor to her. I did over spray this one and choked some older lady out, I saw her 30-40 ft away and was coughing sticking out her tongue. 🤣 3-4 sprays max with this one. It's quite stronger than I expected. It can go either way, you'll either love or hate this.

Ash, if you could only have one between the Forever and Italian, which one would you go with?

They're pretty close, but Light Blue Forever doesn't have that Green Notes in it, and Italian Love mixed up the base notes so it doesn't smell the same as Light Blue Forever.

I like Versace Man eau Fresh. I also like Dior eau Sauvace Cologne for summet.

It’s definitely real grapefruit up top and yes, you need to like that. The dry down is nice. I like it but it’s a bit overpriced. $59.95 for the 3.3 oz. would be about right.

Ok here is my flow up. I do not like this Scent at all. It gives me a headache. I feel like they took Forever and just put blue coloring in it. Smells just like Forever. Sorry but this scent is not for me. Sent back 🤢 gross. If you don’t like the smell of fresh cut grapefruit this isn’t for you. If you do then this scent is right up your alley. Give me OG Light Blue or Intense or even D&G Pour Homme over this.

Forever is still not available where I live. Maybe Italian Love will arrive earlier and make sense for me to buy it instead

I am a female and just finished Light Blue EDT (love the smell, hate that it doesn't last) so I was going to purchase the Eau Intense but saw Italian Love just came up. Would you recommend getting Italian Love or stick to Eau Intense?

Maybe they should have just released this as the edt version of light blue forever. Then rather than seeming redundant, it would have just been a more affordable spin on the previous release.
