They absolutely need to do a Maleficent collection! Yes, they’ve done a villains collection… and boy! Did I love that collection. ❤️🖤💜 But they need to do a focused Maleficent collection. Maleficent is my spirit animal right now, and Angelina Jolie was divine in the role. Cinematic gold like that deserves a makeup tribute!

The pause and sigh after you talk about the rosebud-shaped lip mask container, like "Why am I like this...?" I felt that on a spiritual level. 🤣

I feel that CP usually targets teenagers and young adults who might not have the money for more luxury items which is why they can't afford to spend on better quality when it comes to their stuff. I don't think that they are interested in becoming top notch with their makeup. Their makeup is the new Elf of this generation where it gets the job done for a buck. If they were to enhance their products, it would mean that they would have to spend more money, therefore upping the prices and their target audience will change which is huge. I do appreciate them for what they are. A lot of their staple eyeshadow palettes are amazing for the price and I can create really great looks with them. What I do find weird, is that their staples are a lot better quality than their limited edition items. Probably because their limited edition items sell more as merch than performance so they use that to cash in. That's just my theory.

I want a Wall-E one. They haven't done enough merch for such an awesome movie.

AGREEEEEED!! We need Scar representation! The first collection was great - I panned my Ursula lip gloss within 6 months bc I refused to wear anything else. 😂🤣

The Joann’s glitter joke reminds me of when my grandma would take me and my cousin to Joann’s when we were little. We would wander on our own and open glitter, stickers, and paint and make a mess in the aisles on purpose. 😬🤣

I know you said the blush is light...and I myself am uncooked chicken living in the south (neighbor from Georgia...hiiiiiii) and I am just wondering if you used a more dense blush brush if that would work better. What I’d like to see is Aristocats , Oliver & Company and The Great Mouse Detective . And that’s how likely I think they’ll happen. (Though now I’m thinking about it also want The Rescuers Down Under.) I think it would be cool if the lipsticks for The Great Mouse Detective looked like the bullet cases with bullet markings.

On Disney makeup collabs that don’t make sense - I want Hercules. They could make a lip mask packaging that looks like Phil’s little goat as$ sticking out of a bush 😂

As much as I love Beauty and the beast I would have to see something different because it’s been quite a few times by different brands and they all seem to be doing the same characters. Would love to see Colourpop do The Aristocats, Robin Hood, if you want to really old school would love the gummi bears and duck tales or chip and Dale rescue rangers. Hopefully it wouldn’t be a boring neutral palette but would love to see these as collections as no one has done them. I know revolution did a Aristocats collection but it didn’t look very good. Also I feel like the palette doesn’t have enough mattes and they need to stop with matte eyeshadow with glitter in them, it just ends up going everywhere

I loved this video! Theresa, I really liked the honest reviews you gave on the individual products with the occasional off-color zingers! 16:09 was my favorite zinger, btw! I prefer the first-right eye- eyeshadow look you created. I noticed you used your new elf mascara too. (I’m liking that one too.) Glad to hear that the lipsticks are improved. I prefer to use lipsticks with lip liners. I do not ever wear lip glosses. They kinda gross me out. I probably won’t get anything from this collection at this point. I bought once from colourpop, the 3 tie dye palettes (peach, green, blue). I hated them! It had those mattes with glitter and I had random sparkles on my face and no pigment on my eyes. Never purchased again!

My fave Disney movies are the Hunchback of Notre Dame (w the Latin American dub), The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Sleeping Beauty (LatAm dub). With honor mentions to Robin Hood (but only w the Latin American dub), Lilo & Stitch, the Aristocats (also w the LatAm dub), and Moana. And Aladdin. I ordered some bits of the collection and now I have to wait for it to arrive. I was upset that I missed the highlighter. I always loved Beauty and the Beast and somewhere I have a Lumiere soft toy to prove it! The last time I bought bullet lipsticks from ColourPop was the Princess collection and those were really good. I was a 90s teen so I love lipgloss but theirs are always a bit hit or miss for me.

Limoncello is such a good palette and so underrated!

Beauty & the Beast was nuDisney's first 2d animated film to really impress me when we saw it in theatres back in 90whatever it was. ( I was actually going to school for illustration & animation at the time & Disney was closing their 2d animation studios in Ca so everyone had to go to Fla for bootcamp if hired) Prior to that I'm more of a classic Disney animation fan, 60s or earlier. Fantasia, Snow White, Dumbo, Bambi & The Jungle Book. The JB had amazing songs as well as good animation, phenomanal VA work & a good story soooooo.....oooh, it's tough. Toy Story is hands down my fave 3d animated film. The animation, storytelling , voice acting just everything--it's the total package. Very rewatchable for me. So gun to my head...Jungle Book for 2d & Toy Story for 3d. But Beauty & the Beast is a very close 2nd.

So, as an adult, Beauty and the Beast is still one of my all time favorite movies, and CERTAINLY my all time favorite Disney movie! Bought a couple of things from the collection, but I was a bit confused about why Chip’s blush was brown… That just doesn’t seem like a “Chip” color to me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have to really disagree with the people who are saying this palette is boring! The mint-gold color is very pretty in person. The rainbow sparkle in the holo-chrome is really pretty for the price! I’m not mad at this palette at all. No glitter is a plus. It actually says “eyeshadow” on the front 😂

I’d love to see a little mermaid collection and Aladdin! The little mermaid palette could be blues, greens, and neutrals. I only picked up the palette from this collection. I felt the same way you do about the lip sets. They’re not worth $21.

I agree with you about not using the glitter shades. Like there's so many color stories I skip because of it. I want the pinky lip kit though. 😊 Also, I never use lipgloss over lipstick. Lol.

I never use gloss over a lipstick either, except for ONE milky nude gloss that's specifically for the purpose of lightening up a blotted-down Maybelline Gone Greige if I want a more "approachable" look. But generally, I hate how the wands get dirty & I lose longevity.

Beauty and the Beast is my daughter's and mine favorite princess movie. The cartoon not the live action. I'm going to try and find the Chip blush.

Toy Story would be funnnn, and also, is it just me or have we not seen a whole lot of Little Mermaid or Pocahontas? I loved beauty and the beast, but its been done SO MUCH in makeup, they need to switch it up! Also, this is probably super niche, but id kill for a Rescuers/Rescuers Down Under collab.
