Other sources say that a local law enforcement officer climbed the ladder to confront him only for the culprit to point his rifle at him at which point he retreated back down the ladder. The culprit then open fired on Trump. Fox should be disgusted at how they reported this, implying that the officer just left without even trying.

Pictures of the ladder do not show it having any of these protective guards on the bottom, so it must’ve been a typical 15 to 18 foot ladder. I believe the ladder was prepositioned in the evening before the rally by the kid.

To be fair, the list of potential motives for an event like this are huge. There's no way to definitively suggest anything at present, as we simply don't know, and anything else is frivilous speculation which is entirely useless, and only serves to increase tensions, and unnecessarily make the situation worse than it already is. Calm down and wait, rather than jumping to conclusions.

The amount of foil hat-wearing dummies claiming this was staged for a photo op is truly baffling. "How'd they get the perfect photos? It was planned so he could look good!" They get impressive photos of athletes at every sporting event, too. This was a rally with tens of thousands of attendees, all with their cameras taking photos and videos of the former pres the whole time. Not to mention the professional photographers in the front row from the spectrum of media outlets. The level of intellectual deficiency in this country is astounding.

My question is why was Trump in a large open area around buildings with only 2 snipers on one building right before the most protected event at RNC. That was a strange area to be in right before the RNC

I heard he had requested extra security because it was an open air event, and he was turned down. Not surprising, considering they won't give RFK Jr ANY security coverage, and he's a legit candidate.
