Hnd na po tatanggapin ang pahabol n documents. Kung anong date po ang naka lagay sa memo na deadline, yun na po yun. Maliban n lng kung maglabas po sila ng bagong memo for the submission of additional documents.

Hi sir, I received an invitation email for the initial screening and evaluative assessment po for an Administrative Officer II position, regarding po sa education since the minimum requirement for an OA II position is a bachelor degree. However, I also finished a diploma and earned from overseas. Would I earn points from my diploma and bachelor degree separately? For my teaching experience, I used to be a maths teacher in Thailand for 8 years and had attended seminars and trainings as well. Also, for the Application in Education criteria, will my certificates be counted? I was invited as a “TRAINER” in the division where I taught in Thailand twice.

Yes of course, you will earn points in education if you have units in masteral program even abroad provided that you have TOR. In terms of experience you only need at least 5 years of relevant experience to get the maximum 10 points provided that you have your COE. While for the Application of Education, you should have an approved project related to your diploma/short course.

Wala pong specific points, Ranking lng but before is 70 po pero depende po kc sa level ng SG at sa division nyo, sometimes nira-rank n nila from highest to lowest.

Kaka interview ate exam ko lamgbsa ADAS II kahapon sir, walang sinabi samin kung ani cut off score para ma hired. Any idea po? initial score ko po kasi is 25.8 wala pamg result sa exam pero hoping na ma hired na this year ❤

it depends po sa do nyo kung ano ang system, normaly kc binababa nila ang cut off score kapag walang naka abot ng 50, bsta wait po tawag or email nila.

First you can check the job description or functions of PDO in the memo, then check your experiences and trainings if those are related to the given job description. Better if you can explain to the Evaluators how your experiences and trainings are related to the job you’re applying for.

Application of Education refers to the TOR/Diploma from your Masteral degree. While the Application of Learning and Development is that after you attended a seminar/trainings, you applied it in your respective school/company supported by certificates, action plan, accomplishment reports, etc.....i'll explain it on the next videos...

Hi Sir. Let passer at CSC passer din po ako. May experience po ako sa teaching, private & substitute teacher. Magagamit ko po ba yun as experience if I applied for non-teaching? Thanks po.

Good day sir. Ask ko lang po. Yung attached IPCR ko po kasi is covering only July to December 2022, which is only 6 months kasi as per our HR, not yet available pa daw yung most recent na January to June 2023. Mabibigyan po ba sya ng points during comparative assesement? Besides po, meron din naman ako na attach na January to June 2022, making it as ONE YEAR, pero galing pa po sa ibang Govt agency. Bali 2 IPCRs po sya, galing sa magkaibang Govt Agency. Hoping for your feedback sir. Thank you po!
