🔷️ Ingredients for steam chicken
- chicken 1.5 kg leg drum sticks
- yougurt 4-5 tbs
- ketcup 2-3 tbs
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- white vineger 4-5 tbs
- lemom juice 2 tbs
- salt 1 tbs
- red chili flakes 1 tbs
- black peper 1 tbs
- whole spice powder 1 tbs
- coriander powder 1 tbs
- termuric powder 1/2 tsp
- orange food colour 1/4 tsp
🔷️ Ingredients for butter chicken
- chicken 700g
- salt 1/2 tsp
- termuric 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- red chili paste 1 tsp or use powder
- lemon juice 1 tbs
- tez paat 2
- ginger slices 2
- garlic cloves 18-20
- onion 2 small
- tomatoes 7-8
- buttet 1/2 cup
- salt 1/2 tsp
- termuric 1/2 tsp
- red chili paste 1 tbs
- coriander powder 2 tsp
- cream 100 ml or half cup
- kasori methi 1 tbs
- oil as required
- water as required
🔷️ Ingredients for tarka rice
- oil 1/2 cup
- cumin 1 tsp
- star annaise 1
- black peper 1 tsp
- black cardamom 1
- cinamon stick 1
- tez paat 1
- cloves 6-7
- salt 1 tbs
- green chilies 6-7
- mint leaves as required
- water 1 liter
- rice 500g
