One point I want to add. If we can see that there are some serious flaws in the law that will come into force, then why we need to wait till that law comes into force to challenge that. Once that law comes into force then again we will need to file fresh PILs and it may take a lot of time for that PIL to be heard and judgement to come, during that time institutions can misuse that law. The same thing we can with **Electoral Bond** case as Supreme court didn't pass judgement on the bonds issued before 2018 (date before the hearing started).

The 3 new criminal laws were passed in Parliament at a time when most of the MPs were not present. A little discussion was there, but not sufficient discussion.

The speaker or anchor whatever seems to bollywood player than legal field. Trp achieved in this part entertainment video.
